My family and I have just returned home after a fabulous 3 week stay at this property. Everything about the house was perfect for us and mirrowed exactly what was described. The kids loved the outdoor pool and trampoline whilst me and my wife we're delighted with the clean, light, spacious interior and the privacy we enjoyed. The house is located in a lovely quiet suburb, within walking distance to great shops, cafes and bars along with immaculale parks/ovals for the kids to enjoy outside activities. It was also a perfect location for us to explore all of Perth's delights being close to both the freeways and the train station. The host's communicated brilliantly and responded immediately on the odd occasion we needed to get in touch. All in all, we had a brill holiday in a beautiful property in an amazing City and would not hesitiate to stay here again or recommend to our friends & family. Thanks Dean & Sally

Revive Spa Retreat is that and more! The space is comfortable and accommodating with everything you need for a relaxing holiday experience. Quiet neighbourhood, public transport close by, so much to see and do! At the end of a long day sightseeing, coming back to a "home away from home" with spa and sauna in the courtyard and a glorious swimming pool, alfresco covered deck dining, gas bbq, woodfired pizza oven and wet bar next to the pool! We were so lucky to have found this amazing Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and incredibly well-equipped — perfect for our family trip. Our host, Michelle, was exceptionally responsive and thoughtful. Knowing we were arriving late with a toddler, she kindly offered to get a bottle of milk for us, which we truly appreciated. The pantry was generously stocked with essentials like bread, butter, pancake mix, coffee, tea, and seasonings — such a thoughtful touch that made settling in so much easier. The master bedroom even had an attached playroom filled with toys and games, which kept our kids entertained throughout the stay. The bath fizz and bath salts were also a lovely treat for them during bath time! We felt so well taken care of and really appreciated all the small details Michelle put into making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids!

The Cottesloe Beach House was so beautiful, homely and in just a near perfect spot. Cottesloe is an amazing suburb in Perth, whether you're a beach goer or not. Absolutely beautiful area in the Western Suburbs and easy to get into the City or to Fremantle. With adjacent suburbs like Claremont the area also has wonderful eateries and shopping away from the beautiful beaches. This beach house is in a lovely quiet street around the corner from the ever-popular Daisies Cafe and just 5mins walk from a terrific IGA shopping complex with pharmacy and several dining options. When we walked into the house the hosts had set the place up amazingly with soft lighting, beautiful music and some warmth to help us escape from such an unusually cold day in the West. The beds were all super-comfy with soft bed linen and the open plan living flows from the kitchen all the way down to the pool deck and BBQ area. The kids were big fans! Also need to say that the hosts were so good to deal with. Thanks.

Our stay at Paul's place was so lovely! Paul was such a great host who welcomed us so warmly. He was very responsive and helpful to answer all our queries and also gave us great recommendations for our trip. A bonus was that his place has a spectacular view that takes your breath away. We loved seeing wild kangaroos just at the entrance hanging out and the chickens in the coop too. The entire place was so spacious and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Great holiday booking for groups and families. Highly recommend!

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

A beautiful and seamless experience from start to finish. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described maybe even better in person. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. Lesmurdie was a lovely, peaceful area and surprisingly not a far drive from anywhere a perfect balance of quiet and convenience. May blessings fill this home always. Great place. older house, but very clean and comfortable. It came with a porta cot which was brand new. The living spaces could be closed off from rest of house which was great for our toddler who's found her legs. Very grateful for staples in the pantry and fridge; butter, milk, Vegemite, paper towels etc.

Accommodation suited the requirements of what we were after, would recommend to others.

My family and I loved this place - it's beautifully furnished and was very clean and new. Suria was also very responsive and friendly before and throughout the stay. The location in Morley was great as it was close to the airport and shopping was ample at the Galleria which was walking distance. Coventry Village also has pretty delicious and affordable Asian food. We would definitely recommend the place to anybody looking to stay near the airport!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dianne’s home. The accommodations were above expectations and we would happily stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Perth/North Beach.

We had a fantastic stay at Mike’s place! The location is super convenient—close to the city with plenty of amenities just 5 minutes away. The house itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen that made everything feel just like home. What truly made our stay exceptional was Mike himself. He’s hands down the best host we’ve ever met. He waited to greet us on arrival, walked us through the house, and shared helpful local recommendations. Mike even went the extra mile to help track down a parcel delivery, which we’re truly grateful for. His kindness and hospitality made our stay in Perth unforgettable. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

We had a pleasant stay. The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family. The guest book was a great touch—full of helpful and important information that made everything easier. Our host, Jessica was very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We’d definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay at Paton House. Beautifully designed house with a wonderful cosy vibe. The location is perfect. Chanel was an outstanding host and was always so responsive. We are already planning for our next weekend getaway to Freo just so we can be back in Paton House.

The house is well presented and extremely spacious, with ducted air conditioning to make you feel comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, with an excellent oven and stove. It's a short 5 mins drive to a decent Woolies on Buwler St, plus plenty of great cafes and bakeries on Beaufort St. Shae was a very responsive and thoughtful host, putting in the extra effort to make sure our stay went smoothly. The location is both a pro and a con. On the plus side, Hyde Park is literally on the opposite side of the road, with a playground suitable for younger children and a water playground (albeit only open between Nov-Mar, and so closed when we stayed). However, during our stay there was fairly constant traffic noise in the evening and some noise from the park over the Easter weekend. But as long as that doesn't bother you, you'll be very happy staying here.

Awesome location. Lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Supermarkets like Coles and Woolworths are a short drive away. The house is very quaint. Everything works well. All amenities listed were available, in ample quantities and in good working order. Beds and seats were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Jasmine’s place was so comfortable and perfect for my family. Location was great for the sporting competition we were in town for. Overall, we loved our stay at Jasmine’s place. Will definitely stay again.

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Nathan and Hannah's went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, they were very responsive to our queries and personally brought items to our place when we couldn't find it. The house was exceptionally spacious and cosy, with plenty of room for us to cook, relax and dine. The kitchen had a dishwasher which saved us time cleaning up, and is well stocked with various kitchen utensils and products for our cooking needs (e.g. aluminium foil, cling wraps, bbq tongs, condiments, strainer, baking dish etc.) The bedrooms were well equipped with wardrobes/walk-in-closets and hangers. The bathrooms were spotless with a good supply of hot water! The outdoor bbq grill works well, just needs a little cleaning. Loved the convenience of a garage to park our car, and the privacy of an entire house for us to wind down after a day of exploring the city and countryside. Accessible location of the house by car, 15-20mins from city centre and 25mins to Perth airport. Thank you for having us!

The location is super close to the airport and within 15-20mins drive to the CBD. The house has everything you need and honestly the pictures that Dayo posted on his listing doesn’t do justice to the entire home - it’s huge and way beyond my expectations. We hope to be back again someday! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Perfect location for our stay. Even though it is close to main roads, once inside the house you cannot hear any road noise. Wonderful nights rest, everything you need for a stay and immaculately clean. Already looking to book it for next year.
