Beautiful, peaceful two-story wood cabin with great deck, outside fire pit and BBQ. Two bedrooms and bath upstairs with stand-up shower. Master bedroom and bath downstairs with tub shower. One acre of huge pines with Bailey Creek within 100 yards. Inside laundry and garage, Starlink and a well appointed kitchen. As you turn onto Thatcher Mill you'll feel the comfort of this mountain retreat. Your tranquil drives ends at this 12 year old home that we call our cabin. It's well built and sits off the road a bit and invites you to relax and enjoy what the Lake McCumber /Mt Lassen community has to offer. The sounds of silence radiates through the trees and gives that sense of calm we all wish for in our daily lives. Once inside you find it a comfortable stay. Backyard is awesome! Stay another day!

Close to Lake Almanor, Bucks Lake, the quaint towns of Quincy and Belden, snowshoeing, fishing and many other outdoor activities. We also have a Little Tree Library with books for all ages, or little games to play. Plus, we include many lawn games right here on the historic Paxton Lodge property.

Upgraded cozy Lake Cabin, with full amenities. 3 bed, 2bath huge deck for BBQ's and on the Lake. This is your perfect get-away to be able to relax and enjoy nature. Great fishing off our backyard, lake and on creeks. All one story plenty of parking! Ping Pong table, board games and movies. Bring the water toys. This is the place where kids forget about their IPADS and phones. Boat Dock is removed from Nov 1st to April 1st do to winter/snow conditions. Sorry for the inconvenience
