Welcome to your mini mountain home! Hotel room/studio with some cooking facilities. Central Falls Creek village location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. If you can't bring own linen & towels please ask and I'll arrange.

The Ruffled Rooster

A cosy unit that has everything you need but it's the seclusion shared with an olive grove ,sheep and poultry that is what makes this place unique. A true nature experience . Situated midway between Melbourne and Sydney it is ideal stop over. Ideally located to the snow, wineries, gourme region, lakes or for just chilling. A continental breakfast is included , fire pit, multiple walks and a home cooked menu. Pet friendly for well behaved pets. A $15 per pet per night. Also a spa. $35.

Tea Garden Creek Cottage

Located in the Milawa Gourmet Region, the cottage is ideal for visiting the King Valley wine region, Beechworth & Bright. From the comfort of the back verandah you will enjoy views of the olive grove & beyond the lawns to paddocks with sheep and lambs. Delights inside the cottage include a rainwater shower, bathtub, fireplace, an espresso machine & super comfy bed linens. Our recently renovated cottage loves the environment & uses rainwater, solar power & vintage European furniture.

The Nest

The Nest is a unique, inviting place to stay right in the heart of beautiful Bright. Tucked in behind the little boutique clothing shop called Chooks, there are cafes and restaurants literally on your doorstep! "Mt Buffalo Hazelnuts" is a 53 acre property occupying a stunning elevated location in the Buckland valley with majestic views of Mt Buffalo and surrounds. At its centre is a large and comfortable family home, surrounded by extensive gardens. A tranquil hazelnut orchard extends all around, and up higher is a substantial area of native bushland. The property is secluded and peaceful, yet only minutes to Porepunkah and Bright and all that the region offers.

Saje's House

Sajes' House is self contained. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed; the master with a king, (the king can be split for a nominal fee), 2 bathrooms and a laundry. Sajes Pod is a separate 2 storey studio with a queen bed, ensuite and an upstairs living area with kitchenette. The House and Pod may be rented separately. A shared undercover deck area links the House and the Pod.

This apartment has a king bed that can be split into x2 single kings, as well as a fold out single sofa. Long term stays available. Linen and towels will be provided.
