Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mount Airy, Philadelphia

We had a great stay at Malyka's place. She called to greet me and see if I had any needs prior to our arrival, the night before. She was responsive and very friendly. The apartment was comfortable, especially the beds. The shower had great flow and was wonderfully hot. Having the washer and dryer was a huge help. Please note though, there is a lack of electrical sockets in the living room for charging your phone or other electronics. We improvised and charged in the bedroom or bathroom. The neighborhood is walkable/bikeable with parks and playgrounds very close by. There is an abundance of options for food in the area as well. Give 'Tasties' a try for really great soul food. We would happily stay here again if in the Philly area.

This was the cutest and most convenient place we could have stayed for our trip! The aesthetic was relaxing and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in while traveling!! We came into the city for a music festival and were pleasantly surprised and impressed with how much there is to do in a walkable distance. I would definitely recommend visiting the Museum on a Friday evening for their discounted event which included live music & drinks ! Perfect date night. If you have pups there are so many beautiful areas to talk them for walks. We will definitely be back in the future as there was truly not enough time to enjoy all the area had to offer. We had such a lovely stay at Jeanette’s place while attending my 20-year reunion at Swarthmore College. The place was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked, the bed was super-comfortable, the location was perfect (a nice 25-minute-ish walk to campus), and Jeanette was wonderfully communicative and accommodating throughout. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay for individual, couple or someone with two kids. Easy access to Philadelphia. Clean and well kept older apartment.

Recommend! It was our time in Philly going to a concert at The Mann. Location was convenient for venue, and price was fair for the two nights we stayed. Not the best area and parking was challenging since it’s all just neighbor street parking, but manageable. Driving distance was good for downtown Philly or department store shopping etc. Andrew was a great host and made sure we had all we needed. Would stay again if in the area!

This stay was everything I needed — pure peace. The host perfectly captures the essence of this listing in the description, and it fully lived up to every word. The home was pristine, thoughtfully designed, and immediately felt like a sanctuary. One of my favorite moments was lounging in front of the fireplace on the cozy lounger — it’s truly a whole vibe, especially while watching your favorite shows. Plus, the host is amazing and so attentive, which made the experience even more special. If you’re looking to escape the noise of the world and settle into a few days of true calm and comfort, this is the perfect spot. I can’t recommend it enough.

The apartment was absolutely spotless and very comfortable! You can walk barefooted and have nothing sticking to the bottom of your feet. We were impressed by attention to detail. The host stocked the bathroom and kitchen with all the essentials. We felt safe and secure at all times. And, free parking. Will definitely stay here our next trip to Philadelphia.

We had a great stay at Marcella’s house. Very comfortable, nicely decorated town home in a great location. We traveled with our dog and baby and were all very happy there. The path along the canal is beautiful, with waterfalls and mosaic. Marcella was a great host and very accommodating.

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! We had a great stay at Jory's in Manayunk. A wonderful house for a group-stay. Walking distance from mainstreet, beautifully sunlit and spacious, and just an overall great spot. Jory was especially communicative when we had a few time-sensitive questions which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb was clean, spacious, and looked exactly like the photos and description. Our group was in town for the Roots Picnic, and this space was perfect for us—plenty of room for everyone, and we never felt cramped. It’s a great setup for groups. The host was super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

The home was very comfortable for our family. We had an extended stay at the home and everything was absolutely what we needed. The kitchen was very spacious, the rooms were comfortable and the linens were top notch. I would highly recommend this home for those who seek a quiet and private space. It is close enough to the city that you can commute and enjoy everything the city of Philadelphia has to offer. The host team is amazing and always there for questions or concerns. We were 3 families that came in for the soccer game in Philly and Mike's place did not disappoint. There was more than enough space for our group of 9 and the kids loved everything about the house. It's a shame that we were only able to spend one night here as the kids all wanted to go back after the game. Great rental with proximity to everything you'll want to see in Philly. Thanks Mike!

Super cute spot in a great neighborhood—extremely walkable to many restaurants, bars, shops, etc. For Philly it was a relatively good price and an all around good value. We would definitely stay again, especially as the location was near to our good friend!

Really nice place with a great vibe and atmosphere. The interior was clean and well-maintained. As expected for a city location, parking isn’t the easiest—street parking is limited and can be a bit of a hassle. However, there’s a budget-friendly parking garage about a 10-minute walk away, which was a great find and made things much more manageable. Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit, just plan ahead for parking if you’re driving in.

For being my first Airbnb stay I was very satisfied with this place! Looks just like the photos and much beautiful feel in person. It felt like I was coming and going as if I was at my own apartment building that’s how great the host instructions was very simple self explanatory. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is my second time staying in this apartment and it was just as great as I remembered. Really nice well stocked kitchen as far as cooking materials go and appliances. Also, very comfortable bed, and it’s a nice quiet place with secure parking. Highly recommend and will probably stay there again.

Danni's place is five stars all around! It is spacious, family-friendly, and immaculately clean with everything that you would need for a relaxing stay to feel like you are right at home. Great linens, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen if you decide to cook a few meals during the stay (thank you for the snacks!). Danni's home is super walkable--within a few blocks from great restaurants and shops, as well as some of the top sights in the city, yet still quiet and peaceful. The rooftop view is stunning! Danni is one of the best hosts I've encountered. She responded to all questions instantly, provided flexible check-in/check-out arrangements, and made my out-of-town guests feel at ease. She was extremely accommodating and did a great job anticipating the needs of her guests. No need to look further--book Danni's place before someone else does!
