Everything was great. Very safe, clean, and convenient.

Small but mighty. Pros: near Eden Park, hospital, museum, restaurants, beautiful view and interior Cons: I misunderstood the description, there isn't a bed only a pull out couch.

Great place!! Host was extremely responsive and helpful! There was free street parking, but we ended up using the Ziegler parking which was very nice. Within walking distance to many restaurants as well!

We had a wonderful stay! Adorable apartment with spacious living room area and super clean bathroom! I appreciated that the kitchen is stocked with appliances and silverware.

Eric's place was simple and practical. The house was very clean, uncluttered, and easy to utilize. We particularly enjoyed the balcony for breakfast! We also really liked how close it was to the University of Cincinnati campus (10 minute walk) and other shops and restaurants down the street (five minute walk). Eric was also responsive and easy to work with before and during our stay. I would recommend Eric's place.

Great place to stay in Cincinnati. It was a super easy walk to the nightlife in Over the Rhine. Very nice building and amenities. The free secured and assigned parking was a HUGE perk after finding out how much my friends had to pay for parking a couple blocks away at a hotel and public garage. Spots are large enough for pickups and SUVs.

We had a wonderful stay at George’s place while visiting for a local festival and celebrating our one-year anniversary. The home was charming, clean, and cozy—perfect for a weekend getaway. The neighborhood was equally lovely and walkable to great food, drinks, and local spots. George was an exceptional host and a genuinely kind person. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

The instructions were very CLEAR! When I arrived the area it’s located in reminded me of NYC… the apartment was exactly like the pictures… I was lucky I didn’t have to walk the 9mins to park lol I was able to find parking in the front of the building…… I didn’t get the opportunity to sleep in the bed because I made myself comfortable on the couch:)… there is a friendly dog next door sometimes that sits outside and just looks at you… I didn’t bother the host at all because everything I needed was available for my entire stay…. I however did lose my charger so if anyone happens to stay in it after the 26th of May and finds a C charger YOU’RE WELCOME …. My overall experience was amazing if i visit Ohio again this will Be my go to ❤️

Great communication and great place. The parking spot in the garage was very much appreciated. The space was bright and clean. Really enjoyed our stay.

John’s place was a charming apartment in a great location! There were a ton of restaurants and bars all within walkable distance in the Over-The-Rhine neighborhood. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay, BUT I have to mention our hiccup at check-in. The check-in instructions available to me were not up to date, which meant we were unable to get into the unit when we arrived at 10:30 in the evening. John eventually made everything right, and it all worked out in the end. I would definitely stay at this listing again in the future.

We came to town for a wedding and this was perfect for us! The space was amazing and walkable to EVERYTHING! And so nice to come back to relax at.

Jessica and Tyler were very helpful hosts and their space was lovely! We appreciated their clear instructions and they were very responsive.

This was a nice little studio space to stay in for a wedding weekend! Walkable to Hotel Covington where the wedding was, local coffee and food, and the local cat was very friendly :) Thank you again!

Very close to the levee and very easy to go in and out of. Exactly what I needed for the event I was attending.

Highly recommend this place. Brand new inside . Lovely area, our daughter lives near there so it was perfect for us. Walkable to so much - food - coffee- shopping- bars. Even though it is street parking because it is a dead end street there was no issue finding a place. I was a perfect place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chester’s apartment in Dayton. We loved the charm of the old building and the stories it holds. The hallways were decorated and made it feel very welcoming. There were also a few images of the remodeling process, which helped to tell a bit of the building’s transformation. Inside the apartment was cute and cozy. Beds were very comfy, bath towels were super soft, there was plenty of kitchenware and even spices and cooking oil. Dayton is a lovely little town. Within walking distance, we ate at two of the restaurants and had drinks at one of the neighborhood bars. Highly recommend, and will stay again when we find ourselves in the Cincy area.

My family and I loved the place. Nice and clean with plenty of cleaning supplies and toiletries.. The host was very helpful, the 1st night we were a bit chilly, I told the host and they brought out a very nice space heater. We will definitely book here again.

Great location! We walked everywhere. Lola’s for coffee every morning! We enjoyed the gym and hot tub as well.

We throughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area. The space was clean. The beds were comfortable. Everything was provided that we needed to have a great stay!

Great place to stay. Wonderful view from the roof patio. Right near the river and in between the two stadiums. The apartment was very well decorated and felt very comfortable to stay in. Celeste was a great communicator with any questions that we had.
