Cozy outbuilding in the heart of a vineyard. The accommodation enjoys a quiet and wooded environment in the countryside surrounded by vineyards that we produce using organic farming methods. Located only 35 minutes from Bordeaux, on the wine route between Saint-Emilion and Blaye. The accommodation is spacious with separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living-dining room, and independent with external entrance, and has a terrace. Its garden is fenced in and charming.

The Cosy is a charming detached house of 60 m2 air-conditioned + 35m2 of quiet covered terrace + barbecue + deckchairs with a large enclosed garden of 2500 m2 + large swimming pool. (cot available ).
