A beautiful spotlessly clean and organised gite with amazing panoramic views fron the terrace. a beautiful open living room, stylish and distinctive bedrooms all surrounded by gorgeous vineyards.

Very welcoming and very friendly hosts. The place is really beautiful. We didn't have time to do activities but we would like to come back to enjoy them.

Julie is a remarkable host in terms of her hospitality, kindness and availability. She always has a smile on her face. The house is very clean, impeccable bedding and many accessories in the kitchen The place is quiet, the pool is large enough to guarantee nice swims The hot tub and petanque court add a pluses to this rental I highly recommend this place. It is about 2 hours from the ocean, 1.5 hours from the Poitevin marsh.

Very beautiful house. Very nice! There is a lot in the kitchen and Melanie is right next door if needed! Melanie has prepared a book with all the activities / info to have that is very well done! A country home! The garden is perfectly enclosed, it was perfect with our dogs!

Anne & Ray worked tirelessly to make our stay enjoyable and perfect for what we needed. We had our toddler (who took a shine particularly to Anne-thanks for letting Pip feed the chickens Anne!) and they were kind enough to provide a paddling pool, high hair, cot, etc but also perfect recommendations for things to do that not only worked for our littlun but also for our sensibilities. It’s a tough gig hosting 3 gites with 3 different family’s needs but Anne & Ray did it with aplomb (I should say, you feel very much like you are in your own secluded gite although I believe they can be combined for bigger parties if required) the pool is idyllic and the facilities are many for all ages, shapes and sizes. Perfect family getaway, thanks guys!x

Elisabeth was very welcoming. The cottage is carefully furnished and equipped, everything is practical, accessible and charming. The bath towels are soft and the quilts are splendid. The garden is conducive to cooing, picking and hide and seek. The surroundings offer beautiful opportunities for bike rides, boat trips... in the heart of the Poitevin marsh. A very nice stay, in ideal conditions, from which you leave refreshed and invigorated!

The Domaine de Loups has been one of the most special places we have ever stayed. The estate and river valley are a hidden gem in the agricultural landscape. The owners are welcoming and generous and you have freedom to explore the entire estate including using the boat to travel up the river. We loved watching a family of six kestrels in nearby trees. The property was spotlessly clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great stay as a family. The peaceful land allows you to take a real break. Very nice pool and the children's games are a plus! We totally recommend it and even think about going back!

Due to the beauty of the place, the quality of the hospitality, the professionalism coupled with the kindness of our hosts we had a great time, I highly recommend this beautiful place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the farmhouse, at La Blatiere. If you want to be off the beaten track in a very pretty and relaxing location, this is ideal, whilst there are also plenty of places to visit within an hour or so. The pool was also a big plus, which we used every day. The roads are very quiet with no traffic. We visited local places and also had chilled days 'on site' so the pool, the bikes to borrow and the games room were fun additions to have. The accommodation was very comfortable and well equipped. We had a great time at Sophie and Will's place. The listing matches the photos perfectly. The view of Sanzay Castle is sublime and the place is peaceful. The alpacas are adorable! Will was very friendly and gave us tips for places to visit nearby. If you stay at their place, don't miss the Chateau de Bressuire, just 15 minutes away by car. The view from the back of the castle is very beautiful.

Had a great week in a quiet and peaceful location..the accommodation is as described ..we recommend this place without hesitation..clean , comfortable..it feels like home . Very nice and well-equipped accommodation. Very clean with the necessary sheets and towels. Impeccable communication with our host. The directions to the accommodation were very clear. The little extra is the positioning of the accommodation on the edge of the camping area, so it's quite quiet and with a view of the lake. 😀 I recommend both the accommodation and the Concierge. a little gem that seduced us all, young and old in a quiet little village. What to visit nearby, enough to rest in this quiet place to have fun thanks to the pool and also thanks to the nearby outings, enough to eat and drink thanks to the different restaurants in the area (for adorable prices), enough to marvel at the shooting stars at night... in short, a refreshing vacation thanks to great people, good advice and concerned about our well-being thank you again and we hope to see you soon

We had a fantastic few days in Argentonnay and would higly recommend to anyone. The gite has been done beautifully and is very well equipped, and the grounds are great - we kayaked on the river, walked in the woods and enjoyed making friends with Sarah's pet mini-pigs! It worked very well for our family but would also be hughly suitable for groups without children. Puy de Fou, a 40 min drive away, was a phenomenal experience. Sarah was a very kind and considerate host.
