Holiday rentals with a patio in Mostviertel

Had a lovely stay. Apartment looks like pics. Smaller than I thought, but worked fine for my hubby and I. Very clean. Surrounding neighborhood was quiet and a grocery store and coffee shop a few steps away. AC was great to have after an 85 degree day.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen! Der Pool war auch gut temperiert sowie die dazugehörigen Dusche hatte Warmwasser bei Bedarf , auch Sonnenliegen stehen zur Verfügung . Die Wohnung mit grossem Balkon ist wirklich ein Traum … der Ausblick macht den Aufenthalt perfekt. Birgit und Christian sind echt zu empfehlen!! Heel proper en mooie accommodatie. enorm ruim en gezellig!

Die Wohnung ist hell und geräumig. Die Aussenterasse hat zum frühstücken eingeladen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Das Airbnb ist sehr Zentral , schöne Loft mit sehr schönem Ausblick Kann man aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen

Everything was as stated, a clean and very comfortable space, a very welcoming feeling. Valeria provides an excellent stay, and made us feel right at home. The balcony is a big bonus, great views, great place for a meal, great place for a glass of wine at the end of a day of hiking and exploring . Would absolutely stay there again. Great hiking nearby, lots of really good restaurants and heurigers within walking distance.

I have stayed at the apartment several times and each time I come to Vienna I look forward to staying here. Fabian and team has made the apartment feel like home away from home: the decor is simple and tasteful, the apartment is always spotless and 'close to godliness' clean, and has everything one might possibly need in terms of amenities (including a Nespresso machine). I am already planning my next visit!

The apartment was clean, spacious and close to a metro station. The pool in the top of the building is an excellent addition.

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz in absoluter Ruhelage in schöner Natur. Grossartig!

Hab mir mit dem Mann und den beiden Kindern eine 4-tägige Auszeit in diesem stilvoll eingerichteten Cottage gegönnt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die großzügige Wohnküche und gemütliche Terrasse. Die ruhige Lage direkt neben Feldern war ein willkommenes Plus. Eine besondere Aufmerksamkeit waren die Kinderspiele und Bücher im Wohnzimmer. Hab mit meiner Tochter oben auf der Galerie unter dem Dach geschlafen, sie war begeistert.

Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Sie ist ruhig und der Blick in Garten und Wald überwältigend. Aber auch ein Ausflug nach Wien ist mir Bus oder 15 Minuten fahrt zu einem P+R (S Bahn Anbindung) gut zu machen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus sind zuvorkommend aber auch diskret.

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche mangelt es an nichts und es gibt ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer. An sonnigen Tagen haben wir uns über die zahlreichen Terassen und Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen gefreut. Das Grundstück ist ruhig und etwas abgelegen, und man kann den Blick auf die umliegenden Berge genießen. Wandermöglichkeiten gibt es auch gleich ab dem Haus. Marcus ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns auch Empfehlungen während unserem Aufenthalt gegeben.

The house of Anita and Mathias is very beautiful, we had the fire lit and it gave a very cozy and homely atmosphere. The house is very well remodeled, the bathroom and kitchen are almost new and everything you need for a short stay. Also the surrounding is very nice and quiet, full of green and nature, we did many activities every day like; walking, going to the wildpark, spa, etc. They provided us with a very useful pdf with lots of tips for things to see and do in the surrounding area. Anita and Mathias live next door to the cabin, were always reachable and very helpful when we needed something. Happy to go again for a longer time:) highly recommended.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Rebecca war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist modern und komplett eingerichtet, sauber und schön gelegen. Man ist in kürzester Zeit in Wien, fußläufig im Wiener Wald oder kann den ganzen Tag in Wohnung und Dutchtub die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls super. Rebeccas Tipps für die Umgebung haben uns an schöne Orte geführt, die wir sonst wahrscheinlich nicht gefunden hätten. Alles in allem das Rundum-Wohlfühl-Paket :)

L’appartement était parfait et notre hôtesse pleine d’attentions dont les merveilleuses confitures maisons laissées dans le frigo. Nous nous sommes régalés. Une ampoule grillée a été rapidement remplacée. Excellent séjour qui a répondu aux attentes sur toute la ligne

très bien. tout était en ligne avec la description. emplacement idéal pour se rendre sur un nombre incroyable de randonnées.

i loved everything about this apartment. check in was easy, instructions were clear, tina would message back promptly. This location was absolutely incredible and convenient. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Vienna

C’était un appartement merveilleux. Il est évident que l’hôte habite bien cette perle rare, et il clair que Patrick en prend bien soin. Nous avions l’impression qu’on nous avait prêté ce refuge au cœur de Vienne comme on le prête à ses amis. Le goût raffiné de notre hôte en art et en décoration donnent une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante à ce petit nid douillet rempli de vie, et également bien équipé.

Even though the accommodation is a little bit dark we didn't feel uncomfortable. There is more than enough space, you got everything you need (even for more than just a few days) and everything was so clean. You can watch some birds right infront of the house. The neighbours were also really friendly and gave us some time recommendations. Thank you!

Wir waren für 2 Nächte mit unseren Kinder in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut durchdacht. Von Hochstuhl, Kindergeschirr, Rausfallschutz hin zu Backpaier, Salz Pfeffer Öl Kafee kapseln Mehl usw. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben nichts negatives zu sagen. Wir würden immer wiederkommen

Wir waren zu fünft in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delia's. Away from the touristy area but still within very easy reach with the tram right by the front door, bus over in the side street. We would certainly stay at Delia's when we next return to Vienna.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit super Terrasse zu einem idyllischen, grünen Innenhof gelegen. Auch der flexible Check-In und die elektronische „Schlüsselübergabe“ haben gut funktioniert. Die Anfrage für einen zweiten Zugangscode wurde leider nicht bearbeitet, was aber auch zu keinen großen Problemen geführt hat.

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!
