This unit has a master queen sized bedroom and private bathroom located on the floor. The master bedroom also has a hide-a-bed plus a office desk and chair. The other 2 Queen sized bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit up six stairs. There is a double sink with a tub shower combo that is commonly shared by the two bedrooms. The gourmet kitchen has herbs/spices/coffee and all the necessary items needed to prepare and serve your favorite home cooked meals. The living room has a large leather sectional, a reclining chair and a accent chair. A 55" smart TV is set up with a Blu-ray DVD player and Free Netflix for your enjoyment. You can also watch the sunrise from the dining room and see the beautiful night time views of the Yakima city lights with easy access to the freeway or downtown Yakima. A few years ago, I operated a bed and breakfast in this historically registered Tudor home. With our growing family it became too much to manage. Since we love hosting we decided to remodel our spacious basement apartment. It is fully furnished and super cozy. The apartment has its own entrance and lots of parking and even a private outdoor patio area. We are in the central part of town and close to the main street, the market and the Columbia River loop trail.
