The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.

In der Umgebung können Sie Entspannen, Radfahren und Wandern. Der Katzenbuckel und die Therme sind in der Nähe, zu Fuß erreichbar. Apotheke, Bank, Bäcker, Discounter und Gaststätten sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.

Im Aufenthaltszimmer gibt es neben einem Tisch mit Stühlen eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank sowie eine Couch. Eine Dusche mit WC rundet die Wohnung ab.
