Delicious and cozy summerhouse with fjord view

In Skyum Østerstrand, this summerhouse is exceptional. The house from 2011 is two houses connected by a covered hallway with hardwood floors. The house is suitable for year-round use and has a low energy consumption through solar cells and good insulation. Heating is done with a heat pump, which also acts as air conditioning. The house is suitable for a long holiday where you have the opportunity to be mindful of about relaxation or work. The house has three rooms with double beds and wardrobes.

Hyggeligt hus med lukket have, fodboldmål, legehus og trampolin. Lækker terrasse og lounge i haven. Huset indeholder 4 store værelser og 3 badeværelser med toilet. Vi er tæt på midtby 5 minutter på gåben. 10 minutters gang til Limfjorden. Indkøb er under 5 minutter væk. Grønt område på den anden side af vejen. Stå på Sup ved Cable park Thisted, 10 minutter væk i bil. Klitmøller er kun 15 minutter væk i bil. En stille og rolig vej, perfekt til både ældre, unge og familier med børn. Nyd roen her
