Holiday rentals with a patio in Morris County

Mark was super easy to work with. He made several considerations for me early check in and length of stay is just a couple. Mark’s response time to text messages was immediate. The apartment work perfectly for me it was comfortable and quiet. I felt safe and at home there.

The water pressure was very light, and the oven doesn’t tell you the temperature when you turn it on. Other than that it was a perfect stay for our little family while visiting our relatives.

She was the perfect host and this had to be a million dollar property for sure. Her accommodations were perfect and the view is perfect

I have stayed here multiple times and plan on booking Zenobia place again. It is a clean, quiet and just a beautiful place to stay. It gets better every time. Zenobia’s place is highly recommended….you won’t regret booking this place.

This place is great! located in a private area and peaceful. Pankaj is a fantastic host, very responsive and shows care for his guests. The location is perfect as you are located close enough to the main area to grab food or whatever you need but far enough away that you dont hear any of the hustle bustle. It was a beautiful place near the Lake and very spacious.

Jay is an extremely generous and thoughtful host and his place is very comfortable, well stocked with everything you might need and in a beautiful area. It may feel off the beaten path (which isn't a bad thing) but it was honestly very easy to get to all the places I need to go. I would highly recommend Jay's place and would stay there again if the need arises. Book it, you won't be disappointed.

My family was visiting from overseas and we were looking for something that was clean, comfortable and beautiful. This place not only checked those boxes but also was in the middle of an upbeat lively town where everything is walkable. My family was so happy here that when they returned to their actual home they were feeling a sense of 'homesickness' from this lovely stay :). Anna was very responsive and the place was in immaculate condition. Everything was smooth and I can't ask for a better place.. thank you and we will be returning..

I had a fantastic experience at Heather's Trailside apartment. The location was so perfect for me: private, clean, quiet and comfy. The apartment is minutes from downtown, and very close to a beautiful local park. Truly the best of both worlds. Heather is a wonderful host with impeccable taste. I brought so much stuff from home, but Heather thought of everything! She was very communicative with me before and during my stay. I plan to come back to the area and hope I can stay at Trailside again. Wonderful!!

We had a great time at Anar's place. It was a beautiful home, well kept and had everything we needed to make it an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for us. The grill area/ summer kitchen was awesome! We enjoyed our stay. Everything was seamless.

We LOVED staying in Jennifer's home. The neighborhood was lovely and great for kids. The home was the most "homey" place I've ever stayed. The kids loved every minute of staying there, and honestly were sad to leave. The beds were comfortable, the linens were plenty, the kitchen was well stocked, the temperature control of the home during the crazy temperature fluctuations between winter and spring which was SO helpful. Bathrooms on every floor was so nice, and the sunroom was the most used room in the house. We even got to see a lot of wildlife, which was really fun! The only random caveat I'd give, and this is not a complaint, and just really a helpful tip if you bring young children. Bring or purchase a fence type gate instead of a typical baby gate. It's life changing! Thank you Jennifer for letting us share your home.

We had a lovely stay at this house! The view was beautiful and it was surround by great restaurants. We wished we were able to come during a warmer month to enjoy the outdoor section and the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The lake house was very cozy, peaceful and relaxing. The lake views were absolutely gorgeous with direct access and a dock with kayaks for use. The hot tub was perfect for two with great views of lake. All the trees and flowers were beautiful. It was awesome to have coffee in the morning outside and watch the birds and turtles. The bed was very comfortable and a great open and light kitchen with new appliances. Lots to do in the area and at house. Wonderful close by resteraunts. Out host was great to work with and very friendly too! Thanks so much Yan Yan Li! Highly recommend and would love to return for another visit!

Not only was the house that we stayed in amazing with beautiful surroundings, the neighbors were also great and very friendly, which made the stay that much more enjoyable.
