I liked everything, it's really worth it. The only bad thing is that you can't have loud music late at night.

Great place to stay! 10 min drive to downtown Tepoztlán. The house is very nice and clean. The kitchen and stay are very spacious. The pool area and jacuzzi is beautiful with a spectacular view of the Tepozteco! It's worth staying in this home. However, you should consider that you will need a car to move around.

Javier is an amazing host, from the moment the reservation was made he was attentive, offering amenities and recommendations for experiences. The place is very quiet and with great space to be with the family, in our case with small dogs, the cleanliness is impeccable and I imagine they smoke frequently because we did not see insects typical of the area, only the classic mosquitoes and ants that are not a problem in themselves, it is very convenient that two of the rooms have air conditioning which makes rest not a problem even in a time of intense heat, there is a self-service shop a few meters away which is very convenient to buy food, ice or almost anything, they were always attentive to any doubt and always very friendly with us, certainly a place to return. Great experience in every way

Very comfortable and friendly place, Mr. Enrique was very attentive days before arrival, at the time of arrival he received us very kindly and was always attentive to any detail, he gave us our privacy, the neighbors were friendly, the residential area is very safe, the views are very beautiful, you feel at home, the arrival of the travel service by app (Didi, Uber) was a little late so they do ask that it be on time (Although taxis pass by on the road and leaving the residential area there is a base of them), I would definitely return, I highly recommend it.

Jorge was super kind always , answering my message and help me with my request. And Angelica was amazing. She provide to us a very good service, I think is his mom.

This home gave us some of the most relaxing and beautiful vacations we've had. The area is perfect. Hosts are warm and empathetic. The house is beautiful, high ceilings, cool. The beautiful green areas, full of trees, with a cool and huge pool, almost for us alone. We will always be back. Thank you!

We had an excellent long weekend in Tepoztlán. Raul gave us excellent recommendations, and Alfredo kept in touch with us to make sure everything was going well. The place is perfect for a peaceful getaway, and the rooftop was amazing! We’ll definitely be back!

We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended.
