Very good accommodation, private parking space, clean accommodation, we had everything we needed. No Cleaning Fees. Great value for the price Hosts welcoming, friendly, responsive and quite flexible despite a busy day at check-in. I would recommend it in a second.

Simply perfect in every way. From the friendly, super responsive host to the beautifully furnished and well equipped apartment with old world charm, you couldn't want more, especially considering the reasonable price. Being a corner apartment, the cross flow ventilation is lovely and a good quality fan keeps the heat well and truly under control. Loved looking out the three large windows over old town Rennes, as well as the lift and security entrance. Tea, coffee (and filter machine), oil, vinegar, salt and pepper provided. High quality cutlery, crockery and linen. Bed is super comfortable and the block out shutters and curtains made for a good night's sleep. Don't think twice about staying here!

Pascal and Marie-Claire are welcoming, the accommodation is nice, well decorated, clean and functional, nothing is missing, you feel good there and you sleep well there! Reserved for a business trip, I renewed the following week, thank you!

Small weekend for a wedding, we enjoyed the kindness of Hélène, who was responsive and very pleasant. The space was spotless and well arranged. The small outdoor area is a real plus and the sofa bed is very comfortable. You can book with no hesitation!

A lovely, small, modern-conversion, one bed apartment up a flight of stairs. Slightly cramped and lacking full kitchen utensils but clean, great communication and location. No TV! Recommended.

Very nice apartment, well decorated and functional in a quiet and wooded street. Restaurants on the street. Very clear instructions given by Marine for a flexible arrival.

Florine was a perfect host, very responsive and helpful. The apartment is superb, impeccably clean. Excellent bedding, quiet environment and very nice terrace for morning coffee.

Philip and Annette’s place was a great place to spend our 5 nights in Dinan. Situated in the middle of the Historic Centre everything is at your doorstep. They were excellent hosts allowing us to check in early and responding quickly to our messages. Also left lots of extras in the apartment to make our stay enjoyable including a bottle of wine snacks and all the condiments you need if you want to eat in. Lots of space comfortable bed great bathroom. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we go back to Dinan highly recommended!

A very nice accommodation in a very nice environment. Spacious, bright, with multiple amenities, and quality. The area is very quiet and the private parking space is a plus. Numerous visits and activities nearby or further away. We were delighted with this cottage. Very good communication with the owners. We recommend it for 2, and even for 4. For us, it is one of the best cottages we have rented.

We had a great time in this apartment. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The owner was very welcoming and available, responding quickly to any questions we had. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay in France.

Very peaceful accommodation, with a jacuzzi that is a real asset. We really enjoyed the presence of the birds in front of the accommodation. The city is quiet and has the necessary shops for a perfect weekend. We'll be happy to go back!

Lots of equipment available, especially in the kitchen. The apartment is very functional and calm and silence reign in the evening. Special mention for the bed, as soft as a cloud. The cottage is central, quiet, clean. It allows you to discover La Gacilly without having to use their vehicle. It has all the amenities for a great stay. We'll be back with pleasure!

Very good stay.

Very spacious accommodation with a very nice ceiling height. The equipment is of high quality and the decoration is neat. In addition, it is close to the hiking trails of the Brocéliande forest. Françoise was responsive and efficient in her interactions. We had a great time.

We spent 2 nights in the Soleil Levant room which is tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed the surrounding environment and enjoyed the jacuzzi as well as the sauna available to us in the common areas. Jessica's welcome and communication were very warm. We recommend it 200%.

Could not say enough about how wonderful this place is if I had 10,000 characters available. Exceeded all of our expectations. Every detail was charming, thoughtful, and well maintained. The garden is stunning and natural, not cluttered with decorations but rather elegantly designed with plants and vines. The pool is beautiful. Sophie greeted us upon arrival and was so kind and welcoming. They have just the right amount of amenities to keep you entertained but allow you to sit back and relax. Incredible value here - we will be back!
