Very warm apartment, in front of the Capbreton canal. You can see the boats passing by from the covered and enclosed terrace. You can get everywhere on foot or by bike. Fully equipped. We're so excited.

Biarritz beach vacation home is like a dream come true. The house was ideal for restaurants and shopping. We walked to the beach several times per day to surf and swim. The LONITA market was amazing. We shopped and made an awesome dinner one night. Also a super wine shop 1 minute from the house. And the bakery across the street was fantastic.

We had a pleasant stay at Jean-Vincent's accommodation.The apartment is very functional and well-equipped. The complex offers a variety of activities. swimming pool, tennis, it was very pleasant. Jean-Vincent is a very friendly host.

House very well equipped and faithful to the description. view of the pine trees from the garden, slight overlooking on the sides but the neighborhood is pleasant. Proximity to a shopping center, access to walks from the house. requires transportation to get to the shopping streets or the beach. Quiet environment, pleasant garden. Very good stay in short.

Excellent stay in a quiet environment. The house was perfect, tastefully decorated in the cocooning style and very functional. The wooden terrace and very well equipped, allowed us to enjoy meals outside. It is not excluded that you are making a new getaway in Capbreton. The House is perfect, a beautiful living space, functional and spacious kitchen, the perfect bedroom space, 2 bedrooms with bathroom each and a 3rd very large bathroom with large shower, large bathtub 🛁 and toilet. Impeccable, very clean night linen, good bedding... The pool adds a great plus to this charming house. Well done for the vintage decor... We highly recommend Damien🏠's house. Thanks

We had a great stay at Sharon and Joop's place. The latter is well thought out, accessible, pleasant and you feel good there. Being able to park next to the accommodation is a real advantage. We really enjoyed this place, which is very well maintained, very clean inside the apartments as well as outside. The welcome was very pleasant from the hosts, always concerned about the well-being of the tenants. The explanations are clear. We recommend a visit to Sharon and Joop without worries.

There aren’t enough stars for this property and our host Valerie. Perfect base for a few days commute to and from Nogaro race track. Plenty of local amenities on the way. Beautiful rolling lush countryside. Incredible comfortable, cosy home to come back to every evening. Valerie made our stay unforgettable and we dearly hope to return some time. Thank-you.

Great little place. Quiet! Certainly you have to drive a little to go to the ocean, but 3 minutes walk from the accommodation, you are at the lake (with sand and water games), or at the swimming pool of the residence. The accommodation itself is perfectly tidy and clean, with a beautiful terrace overlooking greenery. A treat for breakfast:-) In short, we had a good holiday!

Excellent stay in a new luxury residence on the garden level, very quiet. In the pine forest, near the ocean. What more could you ask for? I don't see... We will gladly come back without hesitation to stay there. Great!

Very nice apartment and very well located close to shops and restaurants in Capbreton. It is quiet, in a very well renovated apartment that has a wooden terrace conducive to waking up gently, a cup of coffee in hand.
