Apartment holiday rentals in Moratalaz

Everything was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed. We had extra coffee and sweet things. In the kitchen you will find everything you need if you decide to eat inside. It is very close to Retiro Park, where you can walk and relax. There is a bus and metro stop nearby. The neighborhood is nice, there are shops and restaurants nearby. Our overall feeling is very good. We would be happy to come back. Madrid is a great city.

My stay was amazing, Alecsa's service was excellent at all times, very kind, she made me feel very comfortable and confident. Although it is a small place, you always have your privacy, it has easy access and impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bed. Overall, I give it 100 out of 100. I would return without thinking

Since I don't speak Spanish and can't use the speech function of Google Translate, my communication with Farida was rudimentary but warm. What might be important to know: Farida sleeps in the living room and the path from the room to the bathroom goes through the living room and there is a cat. The fan was great. I did not find Spanish life, i.e. the conversations from the other apartments, which spilled from the courtyard through the open window into the room, disturbing. The refrigerator and kitchen use worked out perfectly. I felt well taken care of and also not threatened in any way outside late at night. Thanks!

I had a great time in Madrid thanks to Erica and her family. They waited for me when my plane was delayed, where in regular contact to make sure I was ok. The flat was clean and well furnished and is about 3 minutes walk from the Metro station. There is lift. I was out at night and felt safe alone in the neighbourhood. I would recommend the place and look forward to coming back.

Christina is accommodating and kind, really helped us out when we arrived, hot, tired and early. An exceptional bottle of wine welcomed us as well as all the little things that make a trip more than comfortable.

We could not have picked a better place with a better host. The space was exactly how it was in the picture and absolutely perfect for us. Cesar was a wonderful host - he communicated with us quickly and effectively. The flat was beautiful and right in the heart of Madrid, you cannot ask for a better location. Our very favourite was Le Coquette which is a blue bars just a short walk away. You cannot go wrong with this spot - thank you for the memories

The location and apartment were great. Everything very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the kitchen was missing a sharp knife and board, so we had to buy it ourselves for cooking. Otherwise, everything you need was there.

This place was perfect for our 4 day stay in Madrid. Our host was very accommodating in allowing us to drop off our baggage prior to check-in time. They were there to open the door and provided us with a key before we left. Very comfortable home and the location was ideal. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to relax while on vacation.

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and can be reached at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real host. Always friendly in the communications they had very quickly. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point in the city. Clean and tidy.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

Wonderful stay in this house located within a rural estate. I went with my girlfriend for a romantic getaway and the place was perfect. It is true that there are two floors and two accommodations, and therefore you can have neighbors, and it is also true that the caretaker of the property lives about 50 meters away; but at no time did I feel my privacy invaded. The furniture and decoration are beautiful and in excellent condition. The environment is very beautiful, surrounded by nature. Definitely an experience to do it again.

The place is quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped with little extras (sparkling water, still water, coffee, tea, infusion, chocolate and sweets...) in addition to a very clean, spacious accommodation, a well-made and very comfortable bed like the pillows. Towels that smell like laundry. In short, a flawless welcome with a follow-up from the host who makes sure that everything is going well from the moment of arrival. It is very appreciable, we warmly recommend it.

The apartment is very nice, very modern and very intimate, the only downside is that it's too modern... Duke is an excellent host.
