Villa holiday rentals in Moorea-Maiao

Stunning view. Very comfortable. Windows and sliding doors around main living area could be opened up very wide for excellent ventilation. AC in bedrooms worked well. Beds were comfortable. The location on a hill was cooler than sea level. Kids loved swimming in the pool. Fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher worked. Wifi was adequate. Location was convenient for most of our excursions. The large dining table was nice for a family dinner. The management was responsive and flexible with us for check-in and check out. There was a generous amount of toilet paper, soap and shampoo. There was one walk in shower and one bathtub with a flexible shower wand. Minor issues not worth subtracting any stars: Room layout was a little strange - 2 of the bedrooms were connected to a large bathroom. One of these was only accessible through the bathroom. The other did not have a door for privacy. Billiards table was small and not level, but we still used it extensively. Overall we loved it.

We loved our stay. The place is situated in such a special spot. It’s close to the reef break so we’re able to see plenty of whales while still able to enjoy the beach and lagoon. The house is so well curated with local art and has such a special feel to it. It’s feels more like a home with all the beautiful artwork and small touches than a cold hotel with or typical air b&b which we really appreciated. We have been to Moorea several times and will return again and hope to stay here again. The pool and view are wonderful additions to the already spectacular property.

The Te Maru Atu AirBNB is absolutely gorgeous, relaxing, the views are breathtaking and the place is very comfortable. The place is better then the listing. It is very easy to spend most of the time here watching ocean, sunset and sunrise. Will be visiting this place again 👍

Loved staying here - very clean and comfortable home. Great location and close to good food and beautiful views. Host was extremely nice and quickly got back to us when we had questions. Would highly recommend this place if wanting an Airbnb on Moorea.

Beautiful Airbnb. There was a moment where there was a power outage and the water stopped working as well during the outage for some reason, but that only lasted about 3 hours and the were communicating with us along the way. Not much you can do when that happens on an island! (: there were clean towels everywhere, all needed kitchen supplies, bug spray (HUGE BONUS), WiFi worked great, and the owner left us fresh fruit which was so kind. The air conditioning works GREAT. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

This place is a perfect home for your Moorea adventure! The garden is beautiful, full of birds and flowers and lots of places to sit either in shade or sun! being right on the water was wonderful for watching the sunsets and the early morning ing animals, and you can just snorkel or kayak right from the house. The place feels cozy and secure with all the amenities you could need! Francoise and Mike were helpful and communicative. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! Paradise!

What a beautiful place to stay! Location is perfect and everything necessary for a perfect holiday is provided to the highest standard. Well equipped kitchen & cooking basics all available. Thank you Lea for being so accommodating.

This home couldn’t have been more perfect for our group of 15. Plenty of space, private beach right in our backyard, quiet, friendly neighbors. We took the kayaks out and snorkeled every day. Our next door neighbor invited the boys in our group to come over and they showed them how to open coconuts and drink the water. We felt right at home the minute we walked in the door. This place was paradise!

We had an amazing stay here, Eve's place exceeded our expectations in every way. We loved the indoor/outdoor blend of the home, our kids had a lot of fun in the pool, swimming in the ocean directly out front was great, and it was well-equipped with everything that we needed. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Moorea.

Amazing location, amazing house right on the water with access to ocean right out your backdoor, great AC in bedrooms, peaceful yet walking distance to stores and restaurants. Caroline was exceptional with assisting with planning activities while we stayed there. Would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful villa looking over serene treetops and ocean. Perfect home base for a week of fun and relaxation. Enere and his family took care of our needs graciously from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

Philippe’s house is such a gem! We traveled with 3 adults and 3 small kids and the house was everything we needed. There were gates in the backyard so I didn’t worry about the kids getting down to the water. As others have said, the snorkeling right outside is wonderful. Philippe was an amazing host and was able to accommodate our early arrival and late departure along with a couple other requests we had while we were there. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice apartment with a great view. We enjoyed a very well equipped accommodation. The terrace with the pool and the sea view is a real plus. Chris and Olivier are very responsive and respond quickly to any questions. Rental to recommend without hesitation.

This has been my favorite Airbnb ever. Anyone that’s reading this review please book one extra day only to hang out at the place. It is amazing. Come bring some groceries to cook a beautiful meal with the view. Honestly plan on one full day without leaving. This Airbnb is the Jewel of the island.

Our stay could not have been more perfect... The pool is also very pleasant.. A public beach is nearby.. I can only recommend Bernadette and Moise's house... Go there with your eyes closed ..

My wife and I spent 3 nights for our Anniversary. Cannot praise Daniel and Vaitea enough for their hospitality. We had a wonderful experience. Nala and Lila are total sweethearts, they'd stop by every morning to greet us. The home has every amenity you could wish for. And we were able to hang out with the Daniel and Vaitea our last night for a bit. It was a great evening. We look forward to returning and can give nothing but the utmost thanks to Daniel and Vaitea. Definitely made our anniversary very special and memorable. And the view was breathtaking. 10/10, would absolutely recommend!!!
