Holiday rentals with beach access in Montrose

The location was ideal. Close to many restaurants and a short walk to all of the historic sites. St Andrews is a beautiful destination We would return here for sure.

lovely cottage for 2 people, the location in North street is perfect with free parking outside. The cottage is really well equipped including ironing board and iron...really useful as we were going to a wedding locally. Everything you would want in the kitchen too although we didnt coo as thete are so many lovely restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Would highly recommend this cottage and Gary was a great host checking in with us after we arrived to make sure everything was OK.

The place is stylish, comfortable and spacious - well stocked kitchen plus everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sea views are stunning. When we had a problem Arran came same day and sorted out a slight problem with the shower by replacing the unit with a new one. Couldn’t ask for more. The place

Thanks you for a fabulous holiday. North Berwick is an absolute gem and the flat is so well situated to enjoy everything there is to offer. Right across from the beach, the kids were thrilled! The flat was lovely and we had a very comfortable stay. The views from the living room window were stunning and I could have sat there for hours. The flat has everything you would need and lots of thoughtful extras. We were very sad to leave and will certainly miss that view! Thank you for helping us to have a much needed relaxing break in such stunning surroundings x

A perfect stay in an ideal and very central location. The apartment had everything we needed (except perhaps a TV but actually we played cards instead which was more sociable!). Would definitely stay again. Flat was spotless and beds very comfortable.

Had a wonderful stay for a couple of nights. Helen and Nigel were perfect hosts. Lovely location and very quiet at night. Plenty parking right outside the accommodation. A lovely comfy king size bed, good shower and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. As we had our dog with us, the enclosed, sheltered courtyard garden was a plus. This was perfect for us and thoroughly recommend.

Great central location, walkable to the sights and restaurants. Even though it's on the main South Street of St. Andrews, it didn't sound noisy and the bedrooms are to the rear. We stayed with our 2 kids and it was a good location for them. Lesley was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Very well located near to the Fife Coastal path. A little on the small side but we enjoyed our stay very much. Jackie and her partner were generous and kind and made us feel very welcome. The road was quiet and we slept very well. A short drive away was a fabulous farm shop and there were 2 fishmongers at the end of the road…We enjoyed cooking local produce in the well equipped kitchen.

Had a fantastic time here. Fung Tai was a perfect host. The house was clean, beautifully thought out and so central to Elie. She had lots of toys which entertained my 6 and 7 year olds for hours. Really loved how peaceful the setting was and would love to come back one day soon. Thanks Fung Tai!

We had a lovely stay with my elderly parents. It was perfect for their needs. We took the wheelchair along the path to the station pub.. Great beach access for our dog. The hosts messaged me back right away when I had a query. A lovely 4 days.

Jennifer’s cottage is a great base to explore the beautiful Fife coast. The property was very well equipped and there was convenient parking in a free car park just behind the cottage. Many thanks, Jennifer

Feels like a home away from home! Great place to stay while exploring St. Andrews and surrounding area. Lorna and Richard are so welcoming and friendly. They have a wonderful place with all the amenities you’ll need and special touches make it inviting. Lovely stay!

A spotlessly clean well located house! Amazingly spacious kitchen. Perfect for our 2 night stay. 5 mins walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk into central St Andrews. Really please.

We had a wonderful week Seacoast cottage, its a beautiful place with amazing views and right on the coadtal path but so peaceful. Alison was so helpful, friendly and approachable. The house has a lovely decor, fresh colours with a wonderful seaside atmosphere, real attention to detail which made us feel right at home. Everthing you need is there, great bed, gorgeous linens and you can walk to the harbour for a coffee or lunch easily. It really is special....Thank you Alison and Andy for such a special stay

Izzy's home is a lovely retreat. It is in a very quiet location, convenient for everything and within walking distance of a Morrisons Superstore. A few minutes drive from the railway station with free parking and with frequent services into the centre of Edinburgh. It has everything you need, including a washing machine and tumble dryer. The internet is reliable and very fast. We had a very comfortable stay and would certainly stay there again.

A lovely flat right in the middle of Stonehaven, only a minutes walk to the harbour. The flat comfortably accommodated my family, 2 adults and 2 kids. Well appointed and clean. the view from the kitchen window is worth the money alone and we saw dolphins jumping around in the bay from it. Lovely spot that I'd return to in a heartbeat.

We loved Andy and Karen's apartment. It was in a fabulous location; was well equipped, comfortable and clean; and was close to lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs, and amenities. We highly recommend it. We are already planning our next trip and hope to stay in this apartment again. Thanks Andy and Karen.

Beautiful place, thoughtfully decorated. Fabulous location for the beach, short walk into town and to visit the castle which has free entry. Sharron was a very considerate host.

The apartment was well equipped with extra bits that make life easier (dishwasher tablets, ground coffee, local guides etc) Everything was very comfortable and more spacious than expected. Really enjoyed staying there.

Lovely flat, and Megan was really caring and responsive, we had a great stay. There are steep steps from the road up to the flat, so bear in mind for anyone with mobility issues.

A 'home from home' experience in every way. Its the little things that make the world of difference... choccy biccies to have with your coffee or tea & the complimentary toiletries were much appreciated.. they've thought of everything! The apartment is situated in a lovely quiet area yet only a few minutes walk from the centre of "The Ferry" & the beach. This will be my "go to" place whenever I'm back visiting the family... 100%. Three of us stayed at Richard and Julie's place for a couple of nights. Stonehaven was the first stop on our trip and it is a charming town. There's a lot to do there including strolling down the beach promenade, walk/hikes nearby, and welcoming restaurants! The flat is in a perfect location for all the things. It is cozy, clean, and comfortable. Richard was extra helpful providing suggestions for local places and tips for the rest of our stops. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but very responsive leading up to our stay.

We love coming to Angela’s place! So serene and the view is gorgeous. I love that it’s a little bit of peaceful heaven but close to downtown. We brought our guests from America this time and they loved it too!
