Holiday rentals with beach access in Montmartin-sur-Mer

We had a great week at the property. The accommodation is at the foot of the dunes, in a few steps we are on the beach. The accommodation is also a few meters from the center, with a bakery, grocery store, and a few restaurants. The place is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing!!

A real little cocoon where nothing is missing for a pleasant stay. Very functional, decorated with great taste, top bedding and superb bathroom with its walk-in shower. Thank you to Heloïse for her welcome and responsiveness.

A very special, beautiful and great place where we enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The flat has everything you need; it is perfectly stuffed and that’s done with a lot of charme, welcoming thoughts and a very personal and pleasant touch. There is lots to discover in and around Cancale; we enjoyed the view of the sea, the sound of seagulls and the Mont Saint Michel besides many more beautiful places like Dinard, St Malo and Rothéneuf. Hervé is a fantastic host and makes everything easy from check-in to check-out. We had very enjoyable and entertaining holidays and will certainly come back to Les Puits de Lumière.

An exceptional place!! We had a wonderful weekend, the view is splendid, a real favorite... Lots of walks nearby, nice neighborhood, intra just next door... Nathalie's welcome is also great! We stayed at Odette's for a week. Laure and her team were very welcoming and gave us a lot of advice and recommendations, we thank them. We had a wonderful week and felt at home in this beautiful apartment, very well equipped, modern and very well located facing the sea with private access to the beach. (Note the very comfortable bedding and pillow, which is appreciable) the balcony is a big plus. We recommend and will not fail to book this apartment for a future stay in Saint Malo.

We highly recommend Didier’s flat and the neighbourhood. Didier was responsive and helpful with our questions and easy to get in touch with. His guidebook is a great resource and made it easy for us to shop, eat and sightsee. We can’t say enough about this area: very walkable, close to parks and beaches and some of the best shopping! An apartment where we would have liked to stay longer. It feels good, a bit like home. A decoration where each object made us travel, a functional apartment where everything is thought out so that you have a pleasant stay. A bright apartment, a view where the sea is present in all 4 corners of the apartment. We never tire of contemplating these little colorful roofs with the sea in the background. To get there, you just have to cross the road. In short, a place where you feel good and can recharge your batteries.

This place exceeded our expectations. It’s very bright and clean, well equipped and so close to the beach. Sylvie and Christian are outstanding hosts and we felt right at home. Gouville-sur-Mer is a peaceful village and a perfect location from which to explore Normandy.

Magalie is a lovely hostess, always ready to inform us or make our lives easier. Pleasant house, tastefully decorated and comfortable, in two words I recommend it!

We had a pleasant weekend in the accommodation offered by Frédéric, we were very well settled with all the necessary equipment to fully enjoy our vacation in a quiet and relaxed setting. Frédéric was very responsive to messages, thank you again to him!

Super accommodation ... beautiful house ... great layout ... with the kitchen/diner and sitting room in one big room on the middle floor the Estuary views whilst eating or relaxing are quite wonderful !

We had a lovely weekend. The accommodation was as Virginie described, peaceful and a beautiful view of the bay and Mont St Michel. Small touches were waiting for us in the accommodation. Communication with Virginie was extremely friendly.

Very nice place. Quiet outside, except for the birds singing! Extremely well-appointed rustic interior with all the necessary amenities and comforts. We felt like we were in a very cozy Normandy cottage. Our hosts welcomed us with kindness and gave us some activity tips, even though we already had some goals. The exchanges were marked by simplicity and cordiality. There is a cottage and adjoining guest rooms and it is also a good place. We highly recommend this place.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

We were warmly received. We were shown around and everything was shown to us. The area is very nice and you can do a lot. A walk on the beach is a must. The place is very nice and offers everything you need.

Roberte and Yves welcomed us very warmly, instructed us in the apartment and gave us tips for further excursions. The apartment is located at the end of the beautiful promenade in the center of Saint Malo, the path alone is a pleasure. We stayed there for 2 nights. Many thanks for the two hosts. A parking space was reserved for our car.

Beautiful apartment, very well located, facing a small beach and a few minutes from the city center on foot. Highly responsive and welcoming host. The only small "drawback" would be the absence of Wi-Fi, as it does not pick up the 5G network at all.

It was a pleasure to stay at David & Olivia's place again. The nest is really a cozy place and ideally located for enjoying the city, sea view as a bonus...

Beautiful apartment, quiet and very well equipped. The location is ideal: 2 minutes from the beach without having to cross the road, and 10 minutes from the center of Julouville and shops. The big plus: the exteriors with the garden furniture and the courtyard in which you can park the cars. All surrounded by a fence that makes it so there are no neighbors. We didn't meet Céline and Étienne but they are super responsive if we need anything and very accommodating. I think we'll go back
