Hello , I booked this studio for 1 month,and I regret not having extended it instead, because it has already been rented by another person . The studio is super nice, warm, quiet and clean ,everything is in its place and very organized. It is close to Paris, and very easy to reach! Najette is adorable ,she deserves by far her super host badge and it's a pleasure to have met her, human ,and professional at the same time , who are more kind and smiling . I'm super satisfied . My stay with Geoffroy was great! Everything in the description was present and even more than expected. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet, which created a relaxed atmosphere. The neighbor was also very friendly and helpful, which gave an extra nice feeling. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to come back myself!

We had a great stay in this place, a real gem: easy to access, clean, warm, and less than 5 minutes' walk from the train station, which makes it easy to reach all the neighborhoods of Paris. My first Airbnb rental, during my first trip to Europe… 🥹 First of all, my host made me so comfortable, from searching for the place I wanted to rent to the last day. They were quick to respond, and left instructions for the house that made everything easy and convenient. And the house? Well Auvers is beautiful on its own, but this home was so enchanting! I felt like I had walked into a storybook. Nothing over the top, just cozy and comfortable and welcoming. And the location was good too.. was able to walk throughout the entire village. I would happily stay here again.

The accommodation is very well arranged and is really nice. The layout is ideal and you feel really good there. Ideally located, close to the train station and with parking possibilities, it's a perfect place to rest. The place is quiet, a nice bakery right next door (for foodies). Denis is a really nice owner. He is accommodating and makes us feel at home in his accommodation.

I particularly recommend Maud and his apartment, both for his welcome and for the cleanliness of his place. The decoration is neat,Maud has everything for his tenants,many touches at our disposal:coffee,tea,sweets, toiletries and cleaning products. Bedding is good, toilet and bed linen smells fresh 🌺 Parking is a plus ,as well as a small exterior . Access is easy and communication is simple,quick and friendly...a real pleasure

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

We had an unforgettable birthday evening in this absolutely perfect rooftop apartment! From the first exchanges, the hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly and attentive: each question received an almost immediate answer. Everything is designed to make your stay easier: a clear and complete user manual, a functional kitchen with dishwasher! A large friendly table, beds are very comfortable and fans in each room, ideal with the heat, well-appointed spaces, and the terrace keeps all its promises! Several seats allow you to create different atmospheres, and the jacuzzi is just exceptional. Everything was in place for a successful evening with friends. We had planned to go to the music festival but... we preferred to stay there! That's to say, the place was perfect... In summary: a unique place, well equipped, and perfectly suited to a festive moment. I would recommend it without a second thought!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
