Holiday rentals in Montignano

This is the best airbnb experience I have ever had and me and my dog loved staying in this paradise for 5 days. Tiziana and Hubert are the nicest people imaginable and straight from my arrival I felt their warm and welcoming vibe as they showed me around and offered me wine and snacks. They were also super flexible regarding check-in and check-out, which I really appreciated. There are so many beautiful trails just outside the house because the house is in the middle of a nationalpark and the view from the house is simply mesmerizing. I spent so many hours just admiring that view! Hubert rebuilt this magical house and it has so many enchanting details. I would have loved to stay longer and definitely plan to return. I highly recommend this place - you will feel invigorated after a stay at Casa del Monte. Thank you so much Tiziana and Hubert❤️

L’alloggio è praticamente nuovo e moderno, bagno bello e con finestra , l’appartamento è vicino a tutti i servizi più utili , stazione treni , autobus , farmacia , tabaccheria panificio e altro , spiaggia a un paio di minuti a piedi , esperienza ottima e zona tranquilla. l’host Cristian sempre disponibile , consiglio .

Accoglienza al top, piccole attenzioni dedicate al cliente assai gradevoli. Casa pulita e in ordine, dotata di tutti i comfort. Prezzo giusti. Ci siamo trovati bene. Zona un po’ periferica ma comunque a pochi passi dal centro di Jesi, che merita di essere visitato.

Très belle rénovation. Logement impeccable dans le centre ancien, nous avons apprécié la literie confortable et les clim dans chaque chambre ainsi que le salon. Le village est petit mais il y a de nombreuses commodités, boulangerie, épicerie, superette (a 100m de l'appartement), essence et restaurants. C'était pour une nuit étape pas loin de l'autoroute, mais on s'y est senti bien et ça nous a donné envie de découvrir la région. Arianna a été sans faille, toujours réactive et agréable. L'appartamento è molto bello e spazioso,con diverse tipologie di illuminazione ( tanta cromoterapia), meravigliosa è la posizione praticamente sulla spiaggia. anche il terrazzo è ben attrezzato con salottino e tavolo con sedie....una cosa che ho molto apprezzato è che compreso nel prezzo ci sia un ombrellone con 2 sdrai nella spiaggia proprio di rimpetto e come se non bastasse il bar/ristorante sotto casa merita davvero( ristorante Filippo).. volevamo una vacanza rilassante con ogni confort e l'abbiamo avuta...ps: non perdetevi l'alba dalle immense vetrate della zona giorno. L'host è stato molto disponibile sempre!

"Come per il soggiorno di qualche giorno fa con i miei genitori, anche per il soggiorno di mia sorella con la sua famiglia, Daniele si è confermato una persona precisa e professionale. Ha addirittura anticipato l'orario del check-in, tenendo conto che mia sorella ha tre bambini piccoli. L'appartamento è davvero molto carino, e la posizione centrale è un vero punto di forza, con tutti i servizi vicini. Inoltre, la disponibilità di caffè e brioches la mattina è un tocco in più che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliato!"

Serenity. Authenticity. Purity. Our family had a delightful stay at Carlo and Stefania’s place, which is set in a charming farming landscape. The view of olive and fig trees and the rolling sunflower hills provided a serene backdrop for our stay. The attention to detail, elegant design, and high-quality amenities added an effortless convenience to our experience. The daily routines included a short drive to the beaches, with cafes, shops, restaurants and local markets nearby. Our communication with Carlo and Stefania was also timely, open and complete. We can certainly recommend this place to those who value a genuine, traditional Italian vacation experience at the Adriatic Sea.

The Place is absolutely amazing and we are sure to visit again very soon. The Property ticks all the boxes, It has very nice vibe, Its modern and evry tastefully planned, Has all the aminities that you can think of, even a lift to take you to the first floor if you dont want to carry your luggage up the stairs of if you have some one with mobility concerns. Its right next to the sea and a fantastic Seafood Restaurant. There are other Restaurants at walking distance with an equally amazing menu. The Host is such an amazing person and takes care of all your needs and gos that extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and at home. The Property when we came in was freshly done up and more aminites being added,so it will only get better and wil reccommend this place for a Short or even an extended stay. Only bit to mention is that the train line is right behind the House, but dont let it put you off as the trains are super fast and dissapear before you realize. 5 STARS Allover!!
