Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Montgomery County

Fabulous! Being locals, we were already familiar with the area. This home is located in a well-established, quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. Although we have no children, it is a great location for families. A park is a short walk from Cali and Phil’s listing. In addition, there is a public pool just a few blocks away. The home was exactly as described. It is very nicely appointed with various pieces of period furniture. It has very comfortable beds, a stocked kitchen and plenty of clean linens to accommodate any number of guests who stay. Cali and Phil were very responsive, kind, and very accommodating. We would stay again without hesitation. It is well worth the stay. Thanks, Cali and Phil. You are super hosts!

Katherine’s place is well-maintained and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. From toiletries and laundry essentials to an equipped kitchen, it truly feels like a home away from home. We especially loved enjoying our morning coffee on the peaceful backyard porch, surrounded by nature. The location is great—just a short drive from Nashville, close to grocery stores, and about two hours from Mammoth Cave National Park and other scenic spots. We highly recommend this place! Overall, a fantastic stay!

We loved our stay at Tiffany’s, it was amazing! Peaceful, cozy and super convenient distance from our loved ones we traveled down to visit! Provided everything we needed for our stay! Including a place for our infant to safely sleep! I 100 percent recommend this home for your next getaway! We hope to book again for our future stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the home in Clarksville. The home does look like the pictures and the entire townhouse was very clean and had all we needed for the month. The basement bonus room was useful and the fact that each bedroom has their own on suite was great as well. We appreciated the garage, quiet and safe surroundings, as well as the grill and deck. It is a short walk to historic downtown which includes a couple steep hills, but it is worth it. The overall location was a convenient starting point to other places in both Kentucky and Nashville area. Stephen was a proactive and responsive host.

The unit was close to I24 exit so easy to get around and to an assisted living I was visiting. Close to stores as well. The townhouse stairs feel a bit steep so those with walking issues MAY find that an issue. Appliances were like new as well as all linens. Plenty of towels were provided! The home is newly built and exactly as depicted in the pictures. We are already planning a return trip!

This property felt like my home away from home. The house and the attention to details was perfect for my stay. I would definitely book again & Mina was a perfect host and her immediate responses to my questions were always in a timely manner..

We enjoyed a relaxing stay in the small & cute house, The Boxwood. Quiet neighborhood and right next to Dunbar Caves State Park

The kitchen is fully stocked, the bathroom was clean and the beds were comfy. Very spacious and airy. It was located in downtown Clarksville near the college. It made for perfect lodging for graduation weekend. The drive to Nashville was 1hr but didn't feel too bad. Great place to stay!!

Stephen focuses on great hospitality. He is personable, but also mindful of his guest’s privacy. Unlike some hosts that manage a portfolio of listings, Stephen is singularly focused on your experience within his unit located directly under his own residence. He was responsive and accommodating throughout my time in this unit. The unit is also very nicely laid out and fully separate from the main residence. It is a converted garage/basement space that is outfitted with every amenity that you would need in a furnished apartment. Stephen also went beyond by investing in a few enhancements to maximize my comfort and that of future guests. I would stay here again and I recommend this unit to anyone needing a place to stay in this area. Thank you, Stephen!

A great home away from home, very clean.

Enjoyed the house, super clean and smelled good. No problems.

Stayed here for a few nights—pretty clean space, comfortable bed (which is rare!), and a super responsive host. Location was decent and overall a pleasant stay. Only downside was parking; the lot was full a few nights, so I had to find alternatives. Also, as a female staying alone, walking down a dark alley to get to the unit at night might be a safety concern for some. Not a big deal for me, but worth noting. Would still recommend!

Great little condo. The outside lacks charm, but the inside is so modern chic. very unique space with all of the comforts of home. would definitely stay here again when back in Clarksville.

Apt was immaculate. Easy check in easy, check out. Spacious living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/dining area. My mother and I felt like we were in our own home. Very quiet n'borhood with very kind n'bors. Multiple dining options in the sorrounding area if you don't feel the need to use the well-stocked kitchen. Mom slept on the pull out (which had an insanely comfortable mattress), whereas I fell in love w/ the mattress in the bedroom. Added specialities were tooth brushes and toothpaste; bath soap; shampoo and conditioner; along w/ other toiletries if forgotten. This is a beautiful apartment and a lovingly restored residence. Would gladly rebook when back in the Clarksville area!!!!

Close to APSU and downtown area. We were able to take our dog and there was a nice area to take her outside. Would stay again!

My wife, toddler son, and I had a peaceful, relaxing stay at Erika’s place while we were in town from Minneapolis visiting family. Erika was super-kind and helped us on a couple of occasions outside of normal expectations. My wife and I both said we’d prefer to stay here whenever we return and we’ll cross our fingers that we can. Very clean, comfortable, cozy, and awesome.

Was lively and the host were very easy to speak to.

Home was clean, quiet; stocked with detergents for washer and dishwasher. My love that I didn’t have to go anywhere to get coffee. I love the balcony and spent a lot of time out there watching cars go by. This isn’t my first time staying in one of these lofts! There always my go to when I visit Clarksville!

Julian’s place was perfect for us. The location was great and easy to get to. It was less than 10 minutes from my daughter’s house. It was clean and inviting. There were plenty of dishes and many coffee cups…so many coffee cups. We had to move some of the coffee cups to another shelf so we had somewhere to store the food we brought with us. There is a spice rack but it didn’t include salt or pepper. These are not deal breakers because the place is really tidy and convenient. It’s a very quiet area of town. Not sure if it is busier at different times of the enters though. We stayed in early March.
