Holiday rentals with a patio in Montgomery County

This is a great central location if you are visiting in the Clarksville area. Stores and restaurants are a short drive away. Everything was in order, and the hosts were very responsive and friendly! Our first time using a pellet stove. I think we might have to get one!

Stephen focuses on great hospitality. He is personable, but also mindful of his guest’s privacy. Unlike some hosts that manage a portfolio of listings, Stephen is singularly focused on your experience within his unit located directly under his own residence. He was responsive and accommodating throughout my time in this unit. The unit is also very nicely laid out and fully separate from the main residence. It is a converted garage/basement space that is outfitted with every amenity that you would need in a furnished apartment. Stephen also went beyond by investing in a few enhancements to maximize my comfort and that of future guests. I would stay here again and I recommend this unit to anyone needing a place to stay in this area. Thank you, Stephen!

Jami 's home was a last minute reservation before traveling to Savannah, Georgia. Jami's home was beautiful and spotless and was a nice quiet get away for us! highly recommend her home! definitely will book again if the chance permits! *also, the little chocolates and spa like feel was super nice to begin our busy travels! thank you Jami!

This was my second stay at this location and won’t be our last. Close to my son at Ft. Campbell. Great area for walking and exploring. Down by the Cumberland River, up around town, to the shops & Restaurants. But also great to stay in and enjoy the balcony and games.

Holly’s place was the perfect start to our stay in Clarksville. It had everything we needed and was right next to APSU. Holly was responsive and pleasant to communicate with. We are very grateful to her accommodating our last minute travel changes and would recommend staying here to anyone visiting. Thank you for welcoming us to Clarksville!

We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The property was just as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming, and communicated well the checking and checking out process. The location was perfect, and the neighborhood was peaceful and safe. The house was conveniently located (close to stores and some restaurants). Great place for dog owners (fenced in yard), and great for senior citizens (all on one floor and minimal steps to get in). The host was quick to respond (the breaker shut power off because of a storm, and someone came immediately to flip it back on). Quiet and safe neighborhood too.

Kyla was a great host she responded to me at every question and was very accommodating to put group. The place was extremely clean and just as described.

It was a great stay and Kurt was flexible and considerate of our situation of why we were in town. Our dogs had a backyard to run in and I felt safe. I Loved the back porch. Nice for sippin your tea in the mornings

My family and I loved the boho charm of this place! Katie and Josef have done an incredible job decorating this home - it's truly an oasis. The attention to detail was impressive - especially the photo wall in the dining room, we loved it! My family especially loved that the kitchen was stocked with the essentials so we could cook a couple of meals, and the backyard is truly a serene oasis. IF we had one more day, we definitely would've gone out back and enjoyed it more! There was an issue with the master toilet from the previous guest clogging it - we noticed upon arrival and let them know that the plunger wasn't cutting it. They swiftly took care of the issue with a plumber arriving the following morning at 8am!! Thank you again! The location was solid for our reunion in Hopkinsville, the drive there and back wasn't bad at all. Thank you for having us, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay with a group of people! Enough space to come together and still have privacy when desired. Plenty of sleeping options galore. Personally I loved the sound machines in the various rooms and used mine every night. Very nice home and hoping to stay again in the future!

We stayed at Angie‘s place for four nights to attend a friend‘s wedding. The location was super convenient to almost everything that we had to get to throughout Clarksville. Literally 20 minutes from everything! The house decor is very eclectic! We loved looking at all of the very thoughtful details! We loved the prohibition theme, and a lot of hidden meanings behind the decor throughout the house! We enjoyed relaxing in the backyard under the gazebo, and the speakeasy was a cool place to hang out! Really can’t say enough about all of the thought that went into the design and decor. So many Airbnbs are very minimal with very little character. If you are looking for a place with lots of charm, Crossland House is it!! There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was very well appointed! Awesome front porch with rockers!! We actually spent a lot of time also sitting on the front porch and watching the neighborhood go by! Angie was super responsive before and during our stay! Loved it!

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

Shannon is very responsive. The condo is conveniently located. We were very close to restaurants, bars and Broadway. No complaints here. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

The decor was absolutely perfect!!! Everything was so organized and easy to find. It was incredibly clean! The 4 vanities made getting ready so much easier! There is also ample room in the bathroom if a couple people want to get ready near the sinks. We had 4 guests and had plenty of room. It was very quiet! We mostly used Ubers, which were very reasonable, buy did walk home from broadway 1 night. (It was a short 20 minute walk, we took our time). The area felt very safe. The building required a key pad entry. It was very clean and had a nice outside/inside social sitting area on the 5th floor. There was a vending machine in the lobby. Every photo posted represents it exactly the same!!! We didn’t need any extra assistance from the hosts because everything was perfect but, she left 2 contacts in case we needed anything. Staying there made me want to go home and organize and decorate my house! I would definitely recommend this rental!!!

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. It’s such cute condo! We’d absolutely stay here again!

David’s place was great. We had all we needed and more. Very nice and clean. He was very responsive. The videos were helpful. The place is a short walk to broadway. We enjoyed the listening room that was sooo close to the place. We definitely recommend this place.

This place was amazing. It looked great, was spacious, all the amenities were well thought through. Not to mention, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Linda was very responsive, king and helpful aswell. I will be coming back to stay :)

Such a great place to stay with lot to do around. The host was very communicative and answered all questions immediately. Everything was very clean for us when we got there and was easy to check in and out. I would recommend this place to people wanting to stay in Nashville.

The space is gorgeous! Just the right size for a quick get away and close enough to broadway to get there in a reasonable time, but not too close to hear the music/bars on a night in!
