Holiday rentals with a patio in Montferrier

Everything was correct,the house corresponded to the photos. It's small but it's good for a few days. It is also in the center of the village . Maybe the only thing that fails him a little,is the lack of natural light and that the bathroom is too narrow. Otherwise, everything was very good. Recommended

Mark was extremely communicative and flexible with our check in time. He also gave us some lovely local recommendations. The Airbnb itself was spacious, homely and clean - with comfy beds. It had everything you need and more. It was in a fantastic location for popping into Castelnaudary and walking to the train station. We would stay again! Thank you for having us.

I stayed at Chris’s place with my dad for 3 nights after heading up from Perpignan. The apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the train station and also a couple of minutes away from the main square, where there are ample restaurants. It wasn’t peak season so they weren’t always open but we still managed to get some great meals. The apartment is also about a 20 minute walk to the medieval city, which is great if you love a bit of history. The apartment itself is immaculate and very comfortable. The balcony was great to sit out on and you can hear the organs playing from the church opposite. The apartment is on the street and cars going by can be loud, but Chris kindly left earplugs in the bedrooms to resolve this. We would definitely recommend Chris’s apartment and would love to stay again.

Lovely 2 day base before we started our 10 day adventure on the Canal du Midi .

The accommodation is atypical by the appearance of the rock in the apartment. There were 6 of us and we were comfortable. Many amenities and dishes. The location is ideal, close to shops and gondolas. At the very least, there is a humidity concern in the children's room which is explained by being on a rock but it remains reasonable. The ski locker is a little bit just for 5, the boots don't fit. Thank you

We recommend this small apartment, which is very comfortable and well thought out in terms of spaces and amenities. The best thing is the jacuzzi, really nice and relaxing! The village where the accommodation is located is very charming. Perfect for walks and visiting the Ganguise Lake! Charles is very responsive and friendly.

We spent Easter at Andrew's house, we were 7 people and we couldn't have picked a better place. Andrew was a very attentive host, always pending throughout our stay. The location is perfect for visiting the National Park of Aigüestortes y Estany de Sant Maurici: quiet and at the same time close to charming villages. The house is just as seen in the photos, equipped with everything you need in kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Everything is very comfortable, spacious and with an ideal temperature. The views from any stay are breathtaking, especially on the third floor. The village of Aidí is small and charming. The parking lot is close, climbing some steps. We felt right at home and left wanting to stay. We will recommend it and we will definitely be back to continue exploring the region.

Great spot, great hosts and awesome apartment.

Ciarda and Richard were gracious and helpful hosts. There response to our questions and a couple of repairs was timely. The location is easy in and out and the parking in front is a real plus. The property is comfortable and spacious and these are all good things. There were for us, some things less satisfactory. The 2nd floor is accessed by steep and somewhat irregular stairs. Once on the 2nd floor there are number of interior steps both short and tall as well as up and down. While there is nothing that Ciarda and Richard can do about that short of remodeling, but it is something that we think that should be noted in the description. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend it to others with the caveats noted.

We spent a very good week at Laurence's. A home with all the necessary amenities, in a pretty corner of tranquility, well located between Carcassonne and the Montagne Noire for very beautiful discoveries.

A wonderful location overlooking the walla of the historic city. Well appointed with all you need to have a fantastic stay. Great to have outside space and a very sociable kitchen perfect for a days away woth friend or family. The fruit and patisseries were si welcome. Sixtine and Christine were wonderful hosts and so responsive. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant family stay in this very nicely decorated apartment where you quickly feel at home. The accommodation is a 20-minute drive from Font Romeu ski slopes.

Caty is a lovely person. The place was perfect, very clean, all the amenities even games for the exteriors, really, I would 100% recommend again Caty for this stay .

The apartment prvoided everything I needed for a stay of about 1 week. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Coming from abroad, I was well informed by Christian in case I had any question. Truly recommended!

We spent a family weekend. The apartment is spectacular! Clean, pretty, tastefully decorated, beautiful views and close to everything (Puigcerdà, ski slopes, supermarkets, restaurants...). Just one detail. Observe people with reduced mobility by the access stairs. Everything else, a 10!

We had a great few days at Mariona's condo. The place is beautiful, the apartment is very spacious, with magnificent views, clean and with all the comforts. We had a great time. The studio is perfect for two people, well located, with a small terrace offering a very nice view.
