A cozy, beautifully decorated house. Nice kitchen, delicious coffee. The conservatory is very spacious, comfortable and wonderful to relax and stay outside all day. We loved the variety of plants around the house. Our little dog was very happy with his gift clip! Who doesn't want to sit on a sandy road with a setting sun and where you'll walk right into the woods! Thanks Robert and Marielle for the quick communication and warm welcome

We really enjoyed it! Modern kitchen, large dining table, cozy living room. It is a pity that there is only one bathroom and one guest toilet. We were 7 people and found a nice place for everyone. We'd love to come back!

We stayed with 9 people for 2 nights. For this size the house was perfect. Large spacious kitchen, where we could eat cozily and play games. Private outdoor space, with beautiful views. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable, just no windows right on the outside. There is 1 bathroom, which is a bit inconvenient, but you can prepare for that. The host, Judith, was doing very well. Good tips, thought along to our stay and was very welcoming. Beautiful quiet area, where you can walk a lot. We definitely recommend this place!

I enjoyed very much my staying at Hans place. I have been staying for two months for a short term mission related to work. The working place was in Doetinchem, which is easy to reach either by bus or biking for 20 min. The house is unique, vintage countryside style, in a peaceful village surrounded by nature. It is extremely furnished, Hans is in the house for some days during the week. He is a kind and truly interesting person, always available for any issue. Supermarket 2 minutes by walking, Germany at only 5 km; if you love running, walking or biking in the nature, is just the place to be!

We had a wonderful stay at Ray's apartment. The place was very comfortable and exactly as described. Ray was incredibly open and friendly, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend this apartment!

We had an amazing time in Marieke's truly beautiful apartment. She was an amazing host, quickly replied to all messages and left great recommendations for activities during our stay. We'd highly recommend staying with Marieke and hope to be able to come back soon!

We had a nice stay in the cute town of Doesburg. Pieter's location is within walking distance of downtown but wonderfully quiet. Well-maintained decor with everything. We even got a newspaper and a game of Doesburg mustard. Great beds.

Everything was great! Fits well for the short or business trips.

Ivone was very kind and clear at all times. I had a bicycle and the garden was spectacular. Everything is very nice and comfortable.

Although the living space is small, the apartment has everything 2 people could need, and everything is tastefully done. Great shower, comfortable bed, and good kitchen amenities. Saskia lives nearby and was on hand if needed, but her instructions were clear, so it wasn’t necessary to call on her. The most convenient aspect of the location is that the Albert Heijn grocery store is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment, with a great selection of products.

What a great weekend we had. Top location. Very nice and clean apartment. Berlinda has received us very friendly. 1 time breakfast taken and this was above expectation so much choice. We really liked that Diederik and his cheerful dog came to chat with us in the evening when we were sitting outside under the veranda. Not for nothing an extra night booked. In short, it was a very nice first experience through Air B&B. (5 stars and more from us!

We booked the apartment for one night (05/31 – 06/01/25) and were very impressed! The accommodation is small, but lovingly and cozily furnished - perfect for a relaxing stay. The landlord was very friendly and uncomplicated, which made the arrival and check-in super easy. The location is also very quiet, ideal for relaxing. When we return to Hengelo, we would definitely book here again! Thanks for the wonderful time!

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

The flat is in a beautiful and peaceful location and is just as described. Beti and Jaco were always very responsive, attentive, and friendly, and we are grateful for what wonderful hosts they were, would recommend!

Lovely accommodation with quirky stylish decor, friendly welcoming hosts and great location close to the train station and the city centre of delightful Deventer. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time, the cottage is very nice and cozy, equipped with all comforts and with a large balcony on the sunny side. The nodes for cycling are everywhere. A beautiful environment between the great rivers. Bicycles to borrow are available in the shed ( with a swallow nest) Our stay in one word:: great. Thank👏😀 you Goodbye.

What a gem of a place. Lovely room with bathroom, everything clean and well cared for. In the reviews here and in the accommodation booklet in the room, all praise goes to Conny, her husband, the house and the surroundings. And rightly so! Conny responds quickly, kindly and thoughtfully. Breakfast is also recommended, super well taken care of!

We were warmly welcomed by Frank and although we were earlier than the check-in time we could already put our things inside. On the bench in front of the house you can sit comfortably and Frank also had tips for restaurants. The apartment is very pleasant and the city is wonderful to stroll through. We did a tour of the Smakenverkenners, also recommended! All in all a nice stay and very pleasant contact with Frank.
