Holiday rentals with a patio in Montferland

The stay was great. Julian was always available and very helpful. The apartment is well appointed and clean. :) Only note that was not in the display: the two bedrooms are a walk-through room.

Frank was very responsive and flexible. We were able to leave our luggage when we arrived into town a bit early. We dropped our bags and found a fun lunch spot while the unit was getting cleaned. The area was quiet at night, great location, easy to get around walking or biking. Clean, modern unit with all the essentials!

It's a special home, one-of-a-kind that offers beautiful design and comfort. We stayed a number of days with our dog after a hectic time and enjoyed resting in the beautiful and private environment. Very comfortable beds and living area. The town of Nijkerk is lovely with pedestrian areas, restaurants, and train station with 30 minute ride to Utrecht, where we went to explore.

I only stayed one night at Tinie, but what a wonderful experience! Tinie is a clear and fast communicator - her instructions were clear and she answered all my questions immediately, which was very pleasant. The accommodation itself is really beautiful: stylishly decorated, sparkling clean and completely as described. Everything radiates peace and care. It made me feel right at home. The location is also great: easily accessible from the station and the possibility to park is super convenient. I almost regret that I was only there for one night, because this is really a place where you want to stay longer. An ideal oasis of peace – I will definitely come back!

A very well-kept compact apartment near the city center and easy to reach on foot from the station. We were very warmly welcomed by Bas. For my birthday husband, there was even a gift! The apartment fully met our expectations. You don't have to check out at Bas until 11:00 am. Very pleasant!!

Very nice cottage! And a nice cozy layout. Beautiful green plants in the house and a fresh forest of hyacinths on the table. We were cold when entering but the place was heated very quickly. From the cottage, you can walk into the woods to various clog paths. I would definitely recommend this cottage to others, and I would definitely book it again myself. Thanks for the hospitality and maybe see you soon!

We had a lovely weekend in cottage. The cottage was clean and well decorated and is located on a beautiful holiday park.

Gabriele is a very sweet and helpful landlady. She was super quick to respond to questions and was also very accommodating and flexible regarding our arrival time. The cottage is nicely located, quiet and you have a great view of the river and the sunset! Everything was clean and the amenities great. We can definitely recommend this place!

The house is incredibly cozy, super equipped and the terrace and the view the highlight. Unfortunately, our weather was only mediocre, but you can still enjoy the view outside. Communication with Sebastian was flawless and above all fast. Details of arrival and departure were very accurate. We can definitely recommend this accommodation and actually plan to come back if possible!

We spent a nice couple's weekend with four adults at Birgit's. Thanks to the very precise directions, we found the chalet quickly. The equipment is spotless. Many simple things that you like to forget at home, such as sugar, are available. The beds are super comfortable and everything was very clean. You don't notice much from the direct neighbors. We were very impressed with Doesburg and if the weather had cooperated, we would certainly have seen more of the surroundings. We are happy to recommend the place.

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

Nice ground floor apartment, spacious enough and great location compared to the center of Arnhem. Unfortunately, no access to the garden at the back for the bikes, only through the house.

We had a great time at Eefje's place. The place is spacious and met all of our expectations. The outside is perfect for breakfast. the two bikes available allowed us to discover the city and put us in the shoes of Dutch. The two cats are very cute and sociable

Nice accommodation with a stylish and cozy decor. The space has a spacious roof terrace. Each window is fitted with a good screen, making the room incredibly easy to ventilate after a warm day. Anja is a very friendly host. She responds quickly to messages, thinks along and makes you feel welcome quickly. We loved the stay!

Beautiful house in green neighbourhood. We spent 3 weeks here and it was the perfect base for us. Only 15 minute walk from the train station. Super friendly hosts. Great kitchen and cooking supplies, comfortable bed... everything we needed and more!
