Hello! I am live and rent my apartment while I am away. It is located in a very nice and green area, close to very good bars and restaurants (it is quiet, the bedrooms face the background) and has all the services (supermarket, pharmacy, etc) just a step away. The building has 24-hour remote surveillance and a doorman at night, two elevators and barbecue. The apartment has garage, patio and grill, 2 bathrooms, en-suite room, equipped kitchen and dishwasher. All furniture is new.
