Art Deco style apartment in front of the Mercado del Puerto, duplex type, with private bathroom, balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the tourist pedestrian Pérez Castellano. Now the room has a two-seater sommier. It was painted in January 2019 and the floor of the room was laminated. It has several amenities such as a living room, wifi, and a large library with classics of Uruguayan and Latin American literature.
