Comparte con los dueños el portón principal que da a la calle. Tiene un dormitorio y patio privado con parrillero propio.

You'll be in the residential - garden - neighborhood of Carrasco, 7 blocks from the beach and close to shops, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and so on. This guest suite is conveniently located close to bus stops that can take you directly into the old town, and other parts of the city.

It's in the back, shared with my house, where our dog, Clara (an adorable Golden Retriever), lives. On the mezzanine is the bedroom with a 2-seater sommier and a 32-inch smart TV. Downstairs is the living room with windows to the back and a full bathroom. There is a covered barbecue next door that can be used, with the option of a cooking area.
