Ema and Katrina were great hosts! They went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They booked a great boat tour for us and even arranged our transportation to the airport. The apartment itself was even better than the pictures. Very spacious and in a great, walkable location. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was very clean with well equipped kitchen and with an amazing view on the bay that made it very special. A beautiful beach with clear water is just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient. The host was so friendly, sweet and responsive, Tatijana is the best host I have met. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would love to come back!

There is absolutely nothing you could fault with this stunning apartment in the centre of Kotor overlooking the cathedral. We were met at the main Sea gate of the old town and Karolina assisted with luggage and accompanied us to the apartment. A beautiful outlook over the town, restaurants and mountains from the beautifully furnished living area. Although you are in the centre of town, you have the choice to open your double glazed windows and listen to music and the sounds or close them and have complete quiet. The bedrooms are positioned at the rear of the apartment. They are quiet and allow for a perfect nights sleep. Everything has been considered, even a filtered water dispenser was supplied in the apartment, which was greatly appreciated. This apartment is perfection. We would highly recommend staying at this superb apartment in Kotor.

Fenomenalny widok z apartamentu, łatwe zameldowanie, wyposażenie we wszystko co potrzebne do życia i do tego świetny basen, który mieliśmy do dyspozycji tylko dla siebie 😁 polecam wszystkim! PS. Należy pamiętać, że na zapłacenie podatku turystycznego mamy tylko 2 dni od zameldowania !

Sanja jest wspaniałym gospodarzem. Pomaga rozwiązać wszystkie problemy, jest bardzo miła i przyjazna. Daje pyszną kawę, a na prywatnej plaży jej Tata przyrządza pyszne frutti del mare. Musieliśmy z powodu choroby wyjechać wcześniej, a wtedy Sanja zwróciła nam pieniądze za nie wykorzystane noclegi. Apartament jest wart tej ceny, a Sanja to wspaniały gospodarz.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment is beautiful. We were given clear instructions on collecting the key and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Great location, loads of lovely restaurants in walking distance of the apartment. We hired a car and there are plenty of places to visit. Apartment had everything we needed, very spacious and had the most amazing views . The host checked in with us making sure all was ok. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Mijo's apartment. The setting is beautiful and the view from the deck is magnificent (despite the cruise ships). The apartment itself was very clean and spacious with even a daily clean and towel change! The kitchen and fridge were very generously stocked (thanks Mijo for the delicious cake!). The bed was very comfy and the shower was great, but we loved the private deck most of all for swimming and relaxing. Mijo was very responsive and helpful and even organised a boat trip for us where we were picked up at the deck, wonderful! The area is pretty quiet but there a number of good restaurants within walking distance. The only thing I would advise is that you really need a car as it would be tricky to get to the apartment otherwise (it is about a 50/60 min walk outside of Kotor). Parking is provided onsite which is another bonus! I would definitely recommend Mijo's apartment and would stay there again if we are in the area.

Great place, Zorica was very helpful with her recommendations on where to visit, and quick responses, highly recommend the place. The view from the balcony is outstanding, and the apartment itself is very comfortable, clean with all amenities working.

Kendileri son derece içten ve saygılı idiler. Hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kızımın deniz kolluğunu unutmuştuk nereden alacağımızı sorduk. Kendisi akşama doğru bize hediye etti. Biz onu kullanıp daha sonra başka birine gerekebilir diye tekrardan orada bıraktık. Otopark sorunu yoktu. Kendisine bir konuda özür borçluyuz. Bir meyve bıçağını yanlışlıkla poşetimizde kalmış. Onlara bir ufak meyve bıçağı borcumuz var😅 Her şey için teşekkürler.

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

Park yeri yok fakat yol kenarında yer bulmamız için Ado yardımcı oldu. Park yeri olmayışı arabayla bir yere gitmek isterken bizi korkuttu. Ev anlatıldığı gibiydi sadece ingilizce bilmedikleri için çok anlaşamadık. Genel olarak iyi bir deneyimdi. Aracınız var ise park yeri olan yeri tercih edebilirsiniz. Bunun dışında gayet iyiydi

We had the most wonderful 4 days at Jelena and Nikola’s beautiful place! The view is truly unbeatable and the house is extremely comfortable with a spacious kitchen and lounge, perfect for nights in, and light airy bedrooms with the stunning view of the bay. Jelena and Nikola were away during our stay but made check in very easy and were so good at staying in touch if we had any questions! None of our group had been to Montenegro before and staying in this house and experiencing Tivat and other local areas has made it one of our top European adventures! Cannot recommend it enough!

Wij zijn hier 5 jaar geleden al eerder geweest. De locatie aan het water is overweldigend mooi. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om je te verplaatsen. De woning is opgesplitst in twee losse units. je deelt de locatie dus met andere huurders. Wij vonden dit geen probleem. Wij hebben alleen maar leuke mensen ontmoet. Ik hoop nog eens een keer terug te komen!

Both the house and the host were excellent. The house is just a short walk to the old town of Kotor - and it's actually much nicer to be away from the crowds in this lovely house with pool, terraces and beautiful gardens ...as well as the view of the mountains and old town. Aleksandra and Andrika (her son) were ideal hoss. Very communicative and responsive. Gave some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. If you can book this place - do.

Its a nice little spotless studio flat. Perfect for couples and couples with a kid. Host is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Lovely accommodation. Just as described. House lovely and cool if you need a break from the heat. I read a review from someone about no access to the private swimming jetty. Ignore them - if there are other guests staying in adjacent accommodation then you share with them, but there is plenty of room, plenty of comfortable sun loungers and parasols so don’t let that put you off. The bay is fantastic to swim in and access to the jetty is so close we had access to our own amenities. Anita is very friendly and helpful, and really quick to respond to messages. We were met by Grandma and we got by fine speaking French. Coffee, tea, basic seasonings, shampoo, body wash, hand wash, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets & laundry powder all provided. Kotor itself extremely busy, particularly during the day. Loads of cruise ships but also bus tours so the traffic is a nightmare. Cable car worth a trip as is the serpentine if you have a car. We only went into Kotor after 6pm. Recommend highly.

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Couldn’t recommend Nick’s apartment enough. My best friends and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t believe how beautiful the view is. The existing photos do not do it justice, it is truly spectacular and the windows, French doors and balcony allow you to really enjoy it. Our stay was totally painless and we were even shown into the property on arrival to understand everything and make our stay super comfortable. The only point of consideration is if you’re driving from the airport to the property make sure you take main roads as Google may take you via the country hills and this is quite scary for the average driver!

Fantastic stay, the view is stunning. The balcony gets the sun all afternoon and you can watch the sun set behind the mountains. The apartment is really spacious and had a lovely feel to it. The area is nice, it’s on the promenade but in a quieter area which we really enjoyed. It’s a good 40-50 minute walk into Kotor old town but so worth it in the day and the evening, we did it multiple times while we were there. We went with our 20 and 18 year old and they loved it too, especially being able to swim every day right outside in beautifully clear water. Would highly recommend staying here, we loved it.

Jovana is very friendly and always helpful. The apartment itself was perfect - everything you need for a stay. Very comfortable and clean. The view over the lake is just beautiful. Would definitely recommend if stopping in Pluzine

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, everything was working perfectly, and it had everything we needed. It's beautifully styled and feels really comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent — fast and helpful. The view is absolutely stunning, which made our stay even more special. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
