Бар очень шумный и многолюдный , особенно в августе. Меня предупреждали, но я не думала , что настолько. Апартаменты просторные на нулевом этаже , нас это не смущало, зато не жарко . Без вида на море.

Conforme à la description: c’est un studio pour 2 très lumineux. Points positifs: -au calme -facile de se garer et gratuit -bien équipé pour la cuisine et grandes serviettes pour la piscine + serviettes supplémentaires pour la douche -ménage fait en milieu de séjour -propre -grande terrasse mais à partager -piscine et transat agréables -bonne literie -pas mal de rangements Points négatifs: -promiscuité avec les voyageurs de l’appartement d’à côté -pièce à vivre petite -Lustica est loin de tout, il faut 30 minutes pour rejoindre le premier grand supermarché, 40 minutes pour Tivat et 45 minutes pour Kotor (si pas trop de bouchons dans le tunnel) donc voiture impérative -pas de machine à laver dans l’appartement, Tatyana nous a demandé d’aller faire la machine chez les voisin mais nous n’avons pas voulu, alors elle s’est gentiment occupé de notre linge En résumé: chouette studio, au calme, pour 2 personnes ayant une voiture. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous y étions à 2 adultes + 1 bébé et c’était un peu petit mais faisable.

Очень отзывчивый хозяин и его семья. Было очень приятно общаться. И очень милые животные во дворе. Удобно добираться до самого чистого в окрестностях пляжа. До набережной с ресторанами тоже недалеко. Было удобно и приятно. Спасибо большое Милошу и его семье! Будем рады вернуться!

Aleksandra is a great host, friendly and nice. She organizes our transportation easilty and right on time when we needed. Her mom was super nice, she welcomed us, recommended bunch of beautiful places, beaches and restaurantes that we were very glad to go to. We greatly enjoyed their homemade, delcious lemonade and felt very welcomed. The cleaning service was always good and the lady was very nice. We enjoyed our trip very much and would definitely recommend Aleksandra's place.

absolutely perfect!!!! appreciate Luka very much for everything. we were absolutely enjoyed, unfortunately stayed only one night. we are a couple, occasionally our friend joined us and Luka arranged for her the add sofa in the salon. very comfortable, stalish appartment, lovely garden, friendly cat:). strongly recommended, i'm sure you'll enjoy as we did.

Savrsen smestaj u Utjehi. Lokacija odlicna ako zelite da budete u mirnom delu, a opet blizu najlepsih plaza , takodje Ulcinja i Bara. Apartman je prelep, jos lepse izgleda uzivo, blistavo cist , konforan. Docekace vas nasmejana vlasnica koja je na sve mislila, savrseno opremljena kuhinja, kupatilo, terasa, na sve moguce detalje je mislila. Mir i pogled na more sa terase i krova apartmana su sve sto je potrebno za savrsen odmor. Hvala jos jednom na svemu, definitivno cemo se vratiti 😀

also mein Aufenthalt bei Dubi war super! Ich wurde von seiner reizenden Mama und Tante in Empfang genommen, sie haben mir alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist klasse gelegen, im Umkreis hat man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mehrere Bäckereien und Restaurants! Zur Altstadt und Mogren Beach waren es 20 min zu Fuß. Ich habe die Strecke zum kurzen Joggen verwendet. Ein Parkplatz war mir sehr wichtig, ich war mit Auto unterwegs und auch das war perfekt, es gibt direkt ein Parkplatz vorm Haus und wenn man da kein Platz fand konnte man noch in den stillgelegten Kanal zum Parken runterfahren, noch nie so wenig Stress mit Parken gehabt :) Der Besuch lohnt sich! Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, alles da! Vielen Dank!

Отдых в Черногории на любителя, прожили с двумя маленькими детьми в Черногории в разных апартаментах почти месяц. Последние 5 дней были забронированы в апартаментах Иветты. Скажу честно, мы очень пожалели... очень пожалели, что не забронировали весь свой отпуск в аппартаментах у Иветты. Прекрасный сервис, тишина, отличная детская площадка, чистейший бассейн! Вобщем, для отдыха с детьми тредно что либо лучше найти. Черногорцы не так аккуратны и щепитильны в вопросах сервиса, как наша соотечественница Иветта. My stay was close to perfect. The apartment is modern, clean, spacious and exactly as described. I would recommend downloading the check-in instructions in case you have internet connection difficulties when arriving in Montenegro. As long as you make the turn at the bakery (super easy to find) and follow the road around a couple of corners, it's fine. Because there are similar looking buildings, it's important to know you need to follow the road all the way round and pass some similar apartments first. The location is excellent for accessing all that Budva has to offer. It's close to the centre, the beach and the Old Town. The owners are very professional, communicate well and can offer advice as they are very experienced in the tourism industry. All in all, an excellent stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

First of all, I have to say that this review is not actually for the place I booked - there was an issue with the plumbing when I arrived. The apartment was not in an appropriate condition for me to stay, but the host had already arranged for a different unit, right next door, that was very lovely. It was a seamless transition and even though I was a bit surprised at the change the host was patient and allowed me a couple of days to decide if the change would work for me - which it absolutely did! The location is a very short walk to the water, as well as a weekend market, coffee shops, and a bakery. I spent two weeks and enjoyed every moment of it. The apartment is nestled right in the mountains and there are hiking trails accessible from the house.

This was a perfect apartment for our stay in Tivat. The location is walking distance to everything but on a quiet part of Tivat away from the crowds. The apartment itself is modern, new and comfortable for even long staying. Shops and restaurants 5-10 min walk. Beds were quiet and comfortable. The owner is very hospitable and helpful. Would stay here again for sure!

echt een plek waar je je thuis voelt. alles is met zorg en kwaliteit samen gesteld. het zwembad is ook prachtig. vriendelijke host die snel en vlot en behulpzaam reageerde. met de auto moet je een vrij steile weg omhoog rijden. is goed te doen maar de eerste keer lijkt het wat spannender. een huis die wij zeer aanraden.

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful apartment in Bigova. The host, Arzu, was simply outstanding, and we are so happy to have met her. The apartment had everything we needed, and we felt completely at home. Bigova is a perfect, quiet location, not far from Tivat and Budva, offering a peaceful retreat. There is also parking available and direct access to the sea, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an ideal vacation spot in Montenegro, and we can't wait to return! ☀️🇲🇪

Bel appartement. Proche de la vielle ville, à pieds. Umit et très gentil. Il m'a proposé son garage afin d'y garer ma moto et m'y a accompagné malgré son emplois du temps chargé... Merci !

Ailecek tatil yapmak için Ranju 'nun evini kiraladık. Ev mükemmel konumda heryere yürüyerek gidiliyor . İhtiyaçlar için apartmanın altında bir market olmasıda çok iyi bir seçenek . Bence Ranju nün evi fotoğraflarda görünenden daha güzel. Evde ihtiyacınız olan hersey var ve temiz Bizi Ranju nün arkadaşı Çiğdem ve eşi karşıladı. İkisininde çok sevdik .Bizimle çok ilgilendikler ,çok sıcak davrandılar. Onlara buradan da tekrar teşekkür etmek isterim. Yine gelsem yine tercih edeceğim bir ev olurdu sanırım Ayrıca Ranju nün babası bizi arabasıyla havaalanina bıraktı. Rahatlıkla uçağımıza yetiştik. Biz Karadağ dan çok mutlu ayrıldık hiç sorun yaşamadık Ranju nun evini herkese kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

Апартаменты соответствуют описанию, очень уютная, небольшая квартира в тихом и спокойном районе. Анастасия очень приветливый и отзывчивый хозяин! Всё понравилось. Обязательно остановимся ещё при следующем визите в Черногорию! Рекомендую!

The apartments we stayed in were absolutely delightful. Our room was stylish and meticulously thought out. It had everything we needed for our stay, and the furniture was all new and spotlessly clean. The location was also fantastic, with shops, cafes, and even a car wash nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed the surroundings. The Josip and his family deserve special mention. They were incredibly welcoming and caring, always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They would constantly surprise us with little treats. I wholeheartedly recommend these apartments to anyone seeking a cozy and attentive place to stay. It was an unforgettable experience!

Everything was put in order and convenient to use. The host was very professional. He was responsive, supportive, and nice. The host told me a lot about the tourist tax that I had not known, which was really helpful to me.

Very responsive host. Any issues that we had such as no dishwashing liquid and poor wifi was fixed that very day. A great stay and definitely walkable location if you don’t mind the hill 😊 Thank you!

The apartment is small but cozy, it has everything you may need for a long stay. the ac works perfect (important when it's above 30C outside). And it's just a short, 10-15 min. walk from the city center (Podgorica is small). Great apartment!

Vladimir was very responsive and friendly. The place is very close to the airport and offers great value. Everything was clean and WiFi was working well. Check in was easy and we were welcomed in person even though our flight landed late.
