Loft holiday rentals in Montenegro

We rented an apartment in July 2021. The apartment is bright, spacious, equipped with amenities corresponds to the description (everything you need is available). It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the sea (with my children). The road goes downhill, the ascent is not steep, but still makes it difficult to travel during the hot period of the day. Although this is the only inconvenience. Nice beaches away from the descent to the sea, you need to go to the right or to the left about 150-200 m. Excellent service - transfer from/to the airport, I highly recommend it. Cheaper than taxis but much more convenient than bus. For a family of 4 people, transfer and bus will cost almost the same price. Natalia is available and available for any question. I recommend this place.

This place is a great find. 1. Location: within walking distance to the beach, grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, bus stop and bus station. 2. Privacy: patio and rooms are very far from neighbors. 3. Beautiful sea view from the patio and master bedroom. 4. Ludmila is the owner, she was very hospitable and helpful with the local stuff. 5. Amenities: WiFi is super fast, all kitchen stuff was enough for our large groups. Washer is the unit. I would stay here again and again!

Everything was perfect. Amazing location and David was quick to reply and on time with check in and check out. Would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful surrounding, peaceful and quiet, private, yet very close to the busy areas and just couple minutes from the main walkway and beaches either private or public. 2 supermarkets are also just minutes away so no need to use the car. Hosts are polite, respecting your privacy but always there if you need anything. I really enjoyed the whole month spent there.

It was an amazing location and fantastic apartment! We had a fantastic host, who responded very quickly to any problems we had, she was incredibly kind and her place is the perfect spot for a great weekend in budva! Highly recommend it !

Modern flat. Appointed with modern fixtures and fittings. Situated conveniently between Kotor and Perast. Near shops, restaurants. Good position but you will need to drive or get taxis. Pool was clean and well looked after. Host welcomed us, provided tour of flat and some local info. Modern spiral stairs with open risers to second floor might present difficulties for the very young or infirm. Super stay and loved our holiday.

We really loved this place, everything is close, maximum 10 minutes walk. 😊

Jelena and the whole family are outstanding hosts! Very helpful and very eager for the guests.. We actually felt at home. We loved it and can only do a big praise. I'm sure we'll go back. Price/performance is top, environment is diverse with different beaches. Just there is something for everyone. Montenegro as well as the people and what is offered is amazing! Our first holiday in Montenegro, but definitely some will follow. Thank you so much for the wonderful time and especially for the hospitality. Absolutely recommended as a host! Really friendly host, we enjoyed our stay!! It’s just 10 min walk from the sea you can borrow beach towels bags etc and cheap lifts to the train and bus station!! Very nice Thank you!!

We are travelling via Montenegro by car, the stay at Dragan’s place was extremely pleasant- clean and spacious place with comfortable beds. The apartment has a lot of small and very nice things - extra towels, books about the city, local map, coffee , mineral water and small snacks. Dragan as a host was very helpful and provided us with very clear instructions. It was our best overnight stay in Montenegro.

Very nice, responsive and friendly people. I have a nice 2 nights, would stay there again. My dog felt comfortable to stay in the AC cool room while I was discovering Ulcinj.
