Le logement de Ivan est dans un endroit calme et proche du centre et de restaurants où nous avons pu manger. La communication avec Ivan est interessante,il est reactif notamment quand nous avions oublié un vêtement pour le récupérer !

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Sauberkeit. Wichtig war für uns ein Abstellplatz für unser Auto, hierzu hatten wir die Möglichkeit in der Tiefgarage zu parken. unsere Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich sie kam uns mit dem Check-In und mit dem Checkout entgegen und war sehr bemüht. der Strand ist etwa wie in der Beschreibung 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. die Gastgeberin sowie die Unterkunft würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

good location close to old town; parking place as benefit. Helpful guidelines about shops and restaurants. As it is city center it is loud in the night. Lots of constructions arround so some roads are close and you may feel like on a construction field. Can not see the sea from the balcony, only other high buildings. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Generally very good 9 days stay for my family, all beaches from north to south of Montenegro visited, the same as nice and important cities. I guess in the summer it is even more crowdy.

Lovely spacious apartment with great view over the bay to Sveti Stefan. All descriptions were accurate and was well equipped for self catering. Lots of thoughtful extras in the apartment such as spare chargers/adapters and DVDs. About 500m from the beach but up a steep hill so probably not suitable for people with mobility issues. Free off street parking. Only significant issue was check in, the location on airbnb wasn't totally accurate and nobody answered when we called the number we had been given. We went to reception at the Sunset Apartments and fortunately they knew about the apartment and were able to give us the key and direct us to parking, but it hadn't been cleaned so we had to wait for a bit to get in.

We stayed during a week in Tanja's apartment which was incredibly clean, had our towels changed and apartment cleaned. The location is really great, it's not on a street so you won't hear cars and other noises from the balcony, but it's really close to anything you need, pharmacy, bakery, supermarket and the city's beach is a short walk away. I would recommend this place to anyone, Tanja is really approachable and welcoming. The kitchen is fully stocked, it even had a grater! The only thing that would make this apartment even more perfect for us is a full sized mirror in the hallway.

Amazing apartment with everything you need for a long or short stay. The dryer makes all the difference! The owner is super! In my opinion the best apartment in town!

прекрасное и необычное жилье, в котором картины это главная изюминка. везде есть кондиционеры. огромные кровати. хорошо расположена рядом с парковкой и множеством кафе и ресторанов

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf bij Nensi gehad. Het appartement was schoon en netjes. Aardige host. Ook de communicatie verliep goed. Het is op ongeveer 10 minuutjes lopen naar het oude stadscentrum, dus ook een top locatie!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und wunderbar ausgestattet. (Grill, Weingläser etc.) Alles, was man braucht, um sich einen gemütlichen Abend zu machen. Die nächsten Häusern sind einige Meter entfernt, sodass man auch bis spät draußen sitzen und Kartenspielen oder sich unterhalten kann. ́Man hat von der Terasse aus auch Blick auf die Berge und man sieht den Sonnenaufgang. Auch gibt es nette Besucher, morgens kam der Esel des Dörfchen zu Besuch und abends haben sich die Nachbarskatzen zu uns gekuschelt. Es gibt ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit sehr gastfreundlich MitarbeiterInnen (Achtung am besten Bargeld dabei haben) in Fußnähe. Aber für andere Aktivitäten (außer Wandern natürlich) sollte man ein Auto einplanen. Anett war immer gut erreichbar und dank ihrer Tipps und Wegbeschreibung, hatten wir keine Probleme bei An-oder Abreise. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Liebe Grüße P&L

Tanıdığımız en misafirperver ve dost canlısı ev sahibi oldu. Hem bizi çeşitli ikramlarla karşıladı hem de gün içinde ziyaretlerde bulunup ihtiyaçlar konusunda yardımcı oldu. Arabanız mevcut ve konum size uygunsa kesinlikle tercih etmeye değer bir seçenektir.

Hallo Wir waren in der Zeit von 15-29 August zur Urlaub.Das kleine Haus mit 3 Zimmern und Bad ist echt geräumig und bietet gut Platz für 5 Personen. Küche hat was man so zum Leben braucht. Leider ist der Stand etwas weit entfernt und wir müssten jeden Tag mit Auto fahren trotzdem war es sehr schön. MfG

הבית מרווח, חמים ומאוד מתאים לימים חורפיים עם כריות שטיחים ושמיכות נעימות בכל פינה. מתאים גם לימות הקיץ בהרים כשהכל מסביב ירוק והמזגאויר מושלם. המארחים היו זמינים והגיבו בכל שלב שפנינו אליהם. נדרשים יותר מצרכים בסיסיים שהיו חסרים במטבח כגון מלח, סוכר, חלב , תה ליום הראשון שמגיעים עייפים וזה מאוד משדרג את הערב הראשון. ממליצה מאוד על הבית לקבוצה גדולה. אנחנו היינן 8 אנשים והיה נהדר.

We had such a fantastic time!! You were both so helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We loved hearing and learning first hand more about society in Montenegro, that was an added bonus.. The house, the garden and the view - all perfect! The beach was easy walking distance and for 10 euro you can hire a sunbed and parasol for the day at the nearby. Thank you and we hope we'll be back again.

У данного размещения по-нашему мнению есть ряд преимуществ по сравнению с другими: во первых действительно большая веранда где есть и зона кабана, и барбекю, и столовая зона, и лаунж и даже джакузи, которое превратило наш отдых с мужем в романтическое путешествие. Веранда отлично подходит для больших компаний, кто любит проводить время на воздухе. Внутри достаточно скромно, но по делу: много спальных мест, оборудованная кухня, wi-fi, телевизор. Второе преимущество- это конечно близость к пляжу Ада-Баяна (5 минут ходьбы), что очень удобно тому кто приезжает сюда именно для его посещения. В целом нам все понравилось и смело можно рекомендовать. Спасибо большое хозяину. Нам все понравилось.

Прекрасный вид с балкона, в номере есть все необходимое ,хозяева доброжелательны, wi- fi устойчиво средний, рядом прекрасные пляжи,но обязательно наличие машины, ремонт номера средний, есть хорошая парковка в тени винограда,по приезду нас в холодильнике ждали фрукты и пиво ,в целом впечатление хорошее

Mieszkanie położone w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko do plaży i restauracji. Niedaleko są 2 place zabaw dla dzieci. Mieszkanie posiadało wszystkie rzeczy pptrzebne do wygodnego pobytu. Bardzo czysto. Kontakt z Senka też bardzo dobry i szybki. Polecam.

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

very close to the old town and that is all we wanted. It is not fence but it is spacious, a kitchen full equipped. However, there is no oven, so you need to use only the electric stove. Be aware that there are stairs. I had no connection with Borka but rather with her daughter Marta which was very helpful .I got her number from her father who does not speaks English. A better description of the location will be "go 10 meters in the ally across the Shopping center, just beside the bakery. The apartments is up the stairs of the building in front of you". There is no sign with the name of the place. In the buttom line, I will recommend to take this place.

Een appartement met alles erop en eraan, goed ingericht, alles was aanwezig. Nevena was erg vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het grote terras ligt wel niet aan het appartement zelf, dat ligt 2 verdiepingen lager. Locatie is top om de Kotor baai te verkennen, gelukkig een stuk rustiger dan op andere plaatsen rond de baai. enige nadeel is wel de erg drukke baan voor het gebouw, je moet die oversteken om aan het strandje/ water te geraken . Groot voordeel is dan wel de garage voor de wagen met oplader voor een elektrische wagen. Nevena doet er alles aan om haar huurders een top verblijf te geven!

Die Zimmer waren sauber. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Top Lage und eine sehr große Wohnung. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit und würden jedesmal wieder bei Leart buchen.

Great flat right in the heart of Porto Montenegro. Easy check-in, the flat has all the furniture and equipment you may need, excellent host. A variety of shops and restaurants are at walking distance, the place right below the flat serves great breakfasts starting from 8am. We really enjoyed our stay.
