The place was very nice and clean. The kitchen/ living room is small but enough if you are outside a lot. We liked the en-suite bedrooms very much and are very convenient. Lorenzo was a very accommodating host, thank you very much we would book again anytime.

The apartment exceeded our expectations beginning with the warm welcome in the parking garage by Gianluca who helped us park and who carried our bags up the two flights of steep stairs. It was a great surprise when we arrived to receive a bottle of local wine and an appetizer of focaccia and pesto as a welcome gift to celebrate our 20th anniversary! We felt right at home in the beautifully renovated apartment in the center of PV with an incredible water and harbor view. Gianluca answered all our questions quickly. He even replaced our iron with a brand new one when I mentioned ours didn’t work. After 10 nights in PortoVenere we hated to leave! We will be back!

We had a great time and experience, the house was very clean, fragrant, well equipped and very cozy. Alessandro and Cristina were extremely helpful and responsive. We appreciated all the recommendations. This is the perfect place if you want to explore other close by towns and cities. All the places they recommended were amazing. We spent two weeks in the picturesque mountain village of Montemarcello in the accommodation of Mariangela and Roberto and were very satisfied. The apartment is very well equipped. Especially the many utensils in the kitchen are great if you mainly feed yourself. If the weather allowed, we were able to eat on the beautiful terrace. For our baby, an extra cot has been set up for our baby. The host welcomed us with her English-speaking son in the public parking lot, helped us with the luggage and showed us everything in the apartment. The place itself offers great views of the sea, a small grocery store and a few ways to eat or drink. Many beautiful places can be reached from there by car (Tellaro, Lerici, Sarzana, Carrara, Porto Venere...). We highly recommend the place and were very satisfied with location and amenities. Thank you very much!

The Window Overlooking the Sea

We really enjoyed our stay at Frederico's house. The house is perfect for a couple with everything you need for self-catering and to quickly feel at home in a very private location. The house is situated on a hill between the golfo dei poeti and the bocca di magra. The view on both sides is fantastic and invites you to have a coffee in the morning or an aperitif in the evening for the planing of the next day's excursion. The village with its beautiful village square and the very nice bistro delle ragazze is nearby and some hiking trails start directly in the village. Many other beautiful destinations (such as Porto Venere, Cingue Terre, Sarzana and Tellaro) can be reached within 20-60 minutes by car. The service on site by Carla was perfect. Flexible and always available. We will be happy to visit Frederico again because our 5 days were far too short to fully enjoy the advantages of the house and explore the fantastic surroundings.
