Lavinia’s farmhouse is spotlessly clean and full of charm, an authentic Tuscan stay that is surrounded by olive groves and beautiful countryside and also well located for exploring the Val d’Or. Both Pienza and Montepulciano are within 20 minutes by car. The house is very quiet and we slept well. The bed linens are lovely. The wood burning stove made our mornings and evenings cozy. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials for breakfast and lunch, including bread and pasta, but Lavinia really spoiled us with biscuits and chocolates for the kids and birthday treats for my husband. Lavinia’s warm hospitality started with our booking. Long before we arrived she promptly answered all of my questions and made many recommendations for restaurants and activities that were all fantastic. We encountered various obstacles on our journey enroute from Florence and she was also extremely flexible about our changing arrival times. Il mio ragazzo ed io abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento di Niccolò per due notti. La nostra esperienza è stata più che positiva: l’host è stato fin da subito molto disponibile e gentile sia nel fornirci tutte le informazioni e curiosità sulla zona, che nel rispondere ad eventuali dubbi o domande. Il borgo è molto suggestivo, nonostante non sia tra quelli più “noti”, e situato in una posizione strategica per trascorrere un weekend in Val d’Orcia!

Our stay at home in Trequanda was nothing short of magical. The moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Angela, whose hospitality set the tone for a truly memorable visit. She made us feel at home immediately, showed us around the quaint town, and ensured every detail was perfect throughout our stay. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, a beautifully restored gem that perfectly blends Tuscan charm with elegant design. Every room was immaculate, thoughtfully appointed, and filled with character. Will’s home is a true reflection of his care and taste from the cozy interiors to the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Trequanda is a picturesque and peaceful village. The villa is the ideal base to soak it all in. Recommended by Angela, El Conte Matto is a local restaurant that truly captures the essence of Tuscan cuisine. The food was nothing short of spectacular,authentic, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect Tuscan stay!

We loved our visit at the accommodation! Beautiful city, lovely flat, great area. Very clean and nice to live in, the benches in front are perfect for concluding the evening with a glass of vino nobile di montepulciano. Modern stove and kitchen allow for easy cooking, always a blast. 5/5.0

Das Appartement ist super süß und der Garten ist traumhaft schön, sodass man sich dort gerne hinsetzt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und roch auch sehr gut. Marcella war super hilfsbereit und hat sogar Platz für unseren Camper gefunden. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen!

Ah-mazing! It is better than the photos! The terrace was simply phenomenal and the stay truly immerses you into the life of Pienza. Leo and Nicco were super friendly and unbelievably helpful. When my husband fell ill they were ready to provide translation to a local doctor! Luckily we didn’t need that after all. Pienza is perfectly based to visit surrounding towns. Their farm tour and lunch was spectacular. I can’t say enough good things and would rate this 10 stars if I could!

Staying at this apartment was truly magical. Every time I looked out the window or stepped onto the balcony, I was left in awe. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the town of Montepulciano was every bit as beautiful—charming, historic, and full of character. Leaving was the hardest part, and I’m already counting down the days until I can return. From the incredible local restaurants to the stunning wineries nestled in the Tuscan hills, every moment felt like a dream. Photos simply can’t capture the beauty—you have to experience it for yourself.

Questa bellissima casa recentemente ristrutturata situata sulle incantevoli colline toscane è ideale per chi vuole vivere un'esperienza di tranquillità e relax in mezzo alla natura. La casa dispone di un patio esterno e di un giardino molto ampio con vista sulle colline circostanti e sulla valle con un panorama mozzafiato. Pulita, 2 grandi camere e 2 bagni, completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici e con attenzione al dettaglio in stile casa di campagna. C'è una splendida piscina in mezzo al giardino con un panorama sulle colline. Ci sono lettini prendi sole e area tavolini per un pranzo all'aperto. La casa è isolata in mezzo alla campagna e a pochi km da Pienza. Si possono fare belle camminate nella zona. Nelle vicinanze ci sono aziende agricole con wine tasting e vendita diretta di prodotti locali. Vania e suo marito sono 2 persone splendide, molto gentili e premurose nei confronti degli ospiti. Sopratutto con le nostre figlie :). Ci siamo trovati davvero bene in questo luogo speciale!
