Holiday rentals in Montefollonico

My boyfriend and I stayed in Niccolò's apartment for two nights. Our experience was more than positive: the host was immediately very helpful and kind both in providing us with all the information and curiosities about the area, and in answering any questions or concerns. The village is very evocative, despite not being among the most "known", and located in a strategic position to spend a weekend in Val d 'Orcia!

Wonderful place to stay in Pienza. Gorgeous little town in the rolling hills of Tuscany. Host is fantastic too. We had an issue with the front door that they were very quick to fix for us. Would highly recommend if you are going thru Tuscany!

Our stay at home in Trequanda was nothing short of magical. The moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Angela, whose hospitality set the tone for a truly memorable visit. She made us feel at home immediately, showed us around the quaint town, and ensured every detail was perfect throughout our stay. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, a beautifully restored gem that perfectly blends Tuscan charm with elegant design. Every room was immaculate, thoughtfully appointed, and filled with character. Will’s home is a true reflection of his care and taste from the cozy interiors to the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Trequanda is a picturesque and peaceful village. The villa is the ideal base to soak it all in. Recommended by Angela, El Conte Matto is a local restaurant that truly captures the essence of Tuscan cuisine. The food was nothing short of spectacular,authentic, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect Tuscan stay!

Though I'm an artist and a writer, my imagination could never have conjured a home and a natural setting as breathtaking as Carmela's Tuscan retreat. Words fail me even now. The views of the rolling hills are unreal, especially at sunrise when mist hovers over the stone buildings of the village in the valley. The home is so lovely and comfortable--modern rustic in the best sense. It's quiet there; often there are no man-made sounds to break the spell. Carmela is a delight! She's warm and welcoming and may even bring you a treat or two during your stay. Day trips to charming nearby towns are easy; what's difficult is convincing yourself to leave the daybed on the terrace. Do yourself a favor and spend some time at Carmela's absolutely dreamy home in the hills.

We had the best time!! The cutest little apartment with a nice little balcony. Loved the exposed beams and the kitchen. It was very walkable to great restaurants and scenic views, also far enough away were you are not worried about noise at night. Host was super responsive and had excellent recommendations on where to eat and what to do!

Podere Fonte Bernardi was located close to the adorable hilltop town of Monticchiello! The farmhouse villa is absolutely stunning...the VIEW gives you a daily dose of the L' Orcia valley... never once did the view fail to awe us - 9 straight days! The house provided us all the comforts of home with an Italian flare! Very driveable, close to other amazing hilltop towns of Montipulciano and Pienza!! We were also able to get to Montalcino, San Quirico d'Orcia and Bagno Vignoni. Our host made several recommendations for markets, restaurants, historical places to visit, and activities! A great cooking class at Deb's Lounge in Montiechiello- learned how to make eggplant parmigiana and pici pasta!! We also cooked a few nights at the house and ate and drank wine out on the covered patio with a picturesque view! We hired a driver, Bartoli Wine Tours for 2 days....Day 1 saw Umbria- ate in Porano and visited Bagnoregio....Wow! Day 2 wine tasted around Montalcino! Best trip ever!

We really enjoyed our stay at this really unique accommodation. It is located in a medieval village, high on a hill. The apartment is compact, but has everything you need. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Malgorzata was a great host and very responsive when we had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

a hidden Gem in the Tuscan hills, in the middle of a pittoresque small village. The beds, towels and bathroom are of excellent quality which makes the stay very comfortable and of high standard. Two bedrooms and a big kitchen make it a very nice appartment. Bar for fresh coffee is close and even two nice restaurants. There is no balcony or a terrace, but we did not miss this as we were only using it for staying some nights ( beginning of May), for which it is highly recommended.
