Sunny Attic Apartment with Stunning Coastline and City Views

Going UP to our terrace (580ft2) you can enjoy one of the best view in the corner. You can also listen to the music in all rooms/terraces to make better your appetizer. Park your car in our private parking to avoid crazy fees on the peninsula. The best size to enter the parking (and enjoy the area) should be about 410cm x 180cm x 170cm (161in x 71in x 67in). Rent a small car to drive easy. Take a METRO (5 minutes far) to go easy and fast to SORRENTO. Go to the Seiano's marina to enjoy one of the best italian restaurant: "La Torre del Saracino" or just to have a glass by the sea. Our apartment is your apartment: you can use everything to feel confortable in the best way. If you smoke please do it outside on the terrace. You can ask input to me: I'll be more then happy to share informations about authentic experiences in the surroundings. From April the 1st until October the 31st each guest is required to pay the tourist tax: it's €1,50 person/day for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The amount is paid with cash at the check-in. Tax is not applied to people underage. Collected funds will help the city to improve the quality of tourist services. The house is in Seiano, a small and quiet village with all the important things for an enjoyable stay. Two restaurants are close to the apartment, and two master-chef restaurants are at the marina. A delicatessen, bar, and postal office are nearby. From SEIANO METRO STATION you can easy get by train: SORRENTO: 10 minutes POMPEI: 20 minutes ERCOLANO: 40 minutes, In summer time you can also take a boat to go from Seiano's marina to CAPRI: enjoy! By CAR you can easy go to POSITANO, AMALFI, RAVELLO. NOTE: the appartment is at the third floor without elevator. Be sure that you like fitness. In any case I'll be happy to help you with your suitcases. If you arrive by flight in Capodichino Airport, you can take the BUS "Curreri" in front of the entry: ask to the driver for Seiano STOP (usually they do it on demand).

Great place to stay. Quiet. Definitely need a car if you stay here. Close to sorrento and positano, if by car. Only issue i had was had to park car in a different spot even though there was parking right in front of apartment.

Sea View Apartment was the perfect getaway! The apartment is surrounded by excellent restaurants and great views. We had a fantastic time exploring Vico Equense and were able to walk to the train and take it to the surrounding towns/attractions. Amedeo was an excellent host and went above and beyond helping us get from Naples to Vico Equense!!!

Our stay was simply amazing. The view is unmatched and I thoroughly miss sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets! The apartment was spotlessly clean, had all amenities, and was a short walking distance to the beach, bus stop, grocery store, and restaurants. Francesco met us and gave us local suggestions, and then helped arrange two different tours to Capri and Pompeii which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. He was very responsive to any questions we had and I’d highly recommend to anyone! Thank you again and hope to be back soon!

We spent a lovely week at Marco and Rosa Anna’s house. We arrived very late but Rosa Anna waited for us and was very understanding. She also gave us lots of food for breakfast which was so kind. The house itself is exactly as you see in the photos. The view is incredible!! We are a family of 5 and there there was plenty of space for us, and very comfortable. The location is ideal if you plan to visit lots of places. It’s very easy to get to Sorrento, Amalfi, Pompeii, Naples, etc… I would certainly stay here again if I were to come back.

Astonish apartment with terrace

My boyfriend and I came to Meta to celebrate my 30th birthday and it was wonderful. Annachiara advised us on the bus to get from Naples airport, it was very easy to book. Her brother Carlo met us at the bus stop earlier than check in time as our flight was early, then gave us a walking tour of the town of Meta and carried our bags to the apartment. Upon our arrival, I discovered I had lost my passport and he couldn’t do enough to help me in my panic! He called the bus company, locals and offered to speak to the police for us because we don’t speak Italian. The passport was found at the airport but his support was much appreciated. My mum wanted to organise a surprise for my birthday, so she contacted Annachiara through air bnb and she and Carlo arranged prosecco to await me on the terrace that morning. He was so kind. The apartment was beautiful and spacious, big comfy bed and lovely terrace. Kitchen could do with some more items but that is quite minor! We loved our stay and recommend

The home was spotless, well decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to great a cafe local attractions, and public transport, yet tucked away enough to feel private. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee, snacks. Arianna was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and genuinely caring about my experience. Check-in was seamless, and communication throughout my stay was top-notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
