Holiday rentals with a patio in Montebello

It would be hard to find a better location in Long Beach—one that’s walking distance to the beach and the best restaurants in town. The property and neighborhood had charm. The space was as described and perhaps even more spacious than anticipated. One of the more kind and responsive owners I’ve encountered. Would rent again!

Natasha was the best host I have met! Respond to my message quickly and very understanding. The unit was small but sweet, had everything I needed. I liked the decoration. Only thing is that it was a bit difficult to walk my dog in the neighborhood as a lot of neighbours have dogs that will bark when we walked by. We encountered off leash dogs twice and had to run back.

Place is as described and photos. The view at night is amazing!! Holly was very responsive and helpful. I loved the decor and the simplicity of the space. Building is very safe and secure despite being downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing stay! Francis was also an amazing host; he was very communicative throughout the trip, always available whenever we had any issues or questions. This was a beautiful home to stay at. Frank responds quickly to my questions that I had and gave great suggestions for things to do in the surrounding area. The home was just as pictured, very clean and plenty of parking space for the guests that came with me. Overall, I would book this home again when I plan to visit the area.

We had a great stay here and loved the location. Lots of shops and food places nearby and close to the 60/710 freeway. The place has everything that you need including a washer and dryer. All appliances worked well during our stay and we had no issues. Jonathon (the host) was super responsive to my all of my questions during our stay. Excellent communication from the host. Convenient location. Right off the freeway, a 7-11 around the corner and a great breakfast/burger joint as well. Beds are comfortable and good water pressure. Enough beds for everyone in our group. We like entertainment/game options provided. Washer//Dryer is a nice touch. We did not need to use it but it is nice to have the option. Plenty of utensils and plates. We had a wonderful time staying here for our dance workshop. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very pleasant—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house itself is aesthetic and well-maintained, with a clean and comfortable atmosphere throughout. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, from a rice cooker to a filtered water dispenser, and even board games for cozy nights in. We especially appreciated the wardrobe space and how complete everything felt. The host was very communicative, easy to reach, and always helpful—definitely a big plus! A couple of minor things: the ice machine in the fridge wasn’t working during our stay, and the TV connection on the second floor was a bit slow. Also, for fellow Asian travelers, having a bidet would be a nice added touch for comfort. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home to others!

Before we even booked, I reached out to Kelly to ask about a venue location that we were also using. She responded very quickly and accurately. There were more areas in the house for reading or quiet time and our family surely enjoyed them. We were there for a family wedding and were gone most of our stay. Dynamite view, extremely comfortable, and worth the price. Thank you.

We really enjoyed staying here! The waterfalls and garden area that the balcony overlooks were a beautiful surprise. The complex was quiet and Jeffrey checked in each night we stayed to ensure everything was meeting our expectations!

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!
