Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Monte San Pietro

We kwamen terecht in een oase van rust. Een bewuste keuze die we maakten. Klein maar fijn, voorzien van alle basis voorzieningen. Als uitvalbasis voor bezoeken aan Firenze (vanuit het dorp met de trein) en Bologna was dit perfect. De prachtige zonsondergangen blijven voor altijd op ons netvlies gebrand.

Clear and switable. Mark is a very hospitable guy. Beautiful surrounding nature. If you want to feel Italian soul and stile this is a prompt place.

Monia un host molto gentile e disponibile. La casa molto grande con letti comodi due bagni con doccia grande e perfettamente funzionante.

ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa è graziosa, pulita e ha tutto quel che serve. Il giardino è carinissimo e ben arredato con comode poltrone da esterni, tavolino, un grande ombrellone e l’amaca. Ci è dispiaciuto un po’ non sfruttarlo perché siamo stati praticamente sempre in giro. Parcheggio privato all’ombra, cancello automatico e quartiere elegante. Wi fi perfetto, la doccia ha un bel getto potente e uno scarico ben funzionante (non è per niente scontato nella mia esperienza). Casa molto funzionale e arredata con buon gusto. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile a venirci incontro col check leggermente in anticipo. C’erano le cialde per la macchinetta del caffè e bagnoschiuma e shampoo nella doccia. Zanzariere alle finestre della camera e aria condizionata in soggiorno che ha tolto umidità in tutto l’appartamento. A 5 minuti a piedi ci sono frequenti bus per il centro, poco oltre un ottimo bar pasticceria per la colazione e altri negozi. Promosso a pieni voti

Een fantastisch verblijf met adembenemende uitzichten welke nooit zullen vervelen. Vanaf deze locatie heb je de mogelijkheid om vele bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken (Bologna, Modena, proeverijen, hikes etc), om vervolgens weer echt ‘thuis’ te komen. Bedankt voor het delen van deze magische plek en de enorme gastvrijheid Paul en Ruth.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung gleich von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Es war super viel Platz vorhanden und alles picobello sauber. Von Monto Baducco waren Ausflüge nach Bologna, Florenz, Pisa,....sehr gut möglich. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen liebwn Dank an den Vermieter.

Wir waren nur für einen Zwischenstopp hier. Die Unterkunft ist sehr idyllisch, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!! L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et situé dans un quartier calme, à 15 min à pied du centre ville. Antonio e Alessandra nous ont également conseillé de très bons restaurants dans la ville. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et y retournerons volontiers!

We loved Rosa’s place. Finally, after 4 different Airbnbs during our trip to Italy we found a first floor apartment!! We were so tired of going up and down through stairs with our luggage’s that this felt like heaven!! It was our last night of our trip so we were exhausted and it felt so good not needing to climb more stairs!! This place has everything needed to feel comfortable, super clean and organized! Also, only 3-4 minutes from train stop or busses. Also, the Q bus that takes you in front of the airport is only 4 min walking!! We loved the table and chairs outside this morning to eat our breakfast. The surroundings were peaceful. You couldn’t hear the neighbors. I recommend this place 100%

L'annuncio pubblicato da Maria Grazia era preciso e ricco anche di tante informazioni riguardanti gli spostamenti tramite mezzi pubblici dalla casa verso i punti strategici di Bologna (aeroporto, fiera, stazione centrale, centro di Bologna). Abbiamo avuto contatti prima con la signora e poi col nipote Federico che è stato sempre gentile, pronto e disponibile nel darci consigli e informazioni. L'alloggio era impeccabile in termini di pulizia e rispecchiava esattamente quello che c'era scritto nell'annuncio, foto comprese. L'appartamento fa parte di un complesso molto tranquillo, ben servito dai mezzi pubblici (es. fermata del bus a 100 m e in 20 minuti si arriva in centro). Menzione particolare va fatta per la possibilità di avere un posto auto riservato, della durata di tutto il soggiorno, ad un prezzo molto modesto. Alloggio consigliatissimo; dovessi tornare a Bologna non ci penserei 2 volte a ricontattare Maria Grazia e Federico. Grazie per il soggiorno che ci avete riservato

Siamo stati ospiti presso L alloggio di Alessandro questo fine settimana in occasione di elrow Posizione ottima noi siamo riusciti a muoverci benissimo senza mezzi ma a piedi Vicinissimo al centro ai negozi e alla movida . Ambiente pulitissimo sicuramente ritorneremo in occasione di qualche prossimo evento

We didn’t really deal with Federico but his housekeeper Antoinette met us at the apartment, she was super friendly and helpful and we had a fabulous stay! The apartment was lovely, clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The large terrace was a lovely place to sit with a glass of wine or to have breakfast. The apartment is an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of Bologna with all the food shops, historic sights, Bars and restaurants. There are also bars and restaurants nearby and a coop and convenience store just across the road. We would definitely recommend this apartment and go back to Federico’s and Bologna. sights,bars shops and restaurants

Spent a few nights here, very comfortable and a great value for money - close to Bologna, Parma, Modena…everywhere reachable by trains. Stefano is a great host and there is absolutely nothing I could point out that wasn’t as expected. Great coffee, thank you!

Great living space - the flat has been properly thought about, with real furniture, design touches, lots of natural light, practical layout, air-con, and that sunshine escape onto the balcony - we could truly imagine living here (if only !!). It had everything we needed and more. All in a quiet neighbourhood, too, with good restaurants and only a short walk into the main central piazza. And Carlo is everything you want from a host. Always prompt and helpful responses as we planned our visit, met us at the door with a friendly welcome, and helped us out locally too. If and when we come back to Bologna (a lovely city, we’ve really enjoyed it) this flat will definitely be first thing on our list.

Svegliarsi al mattino nel completo relax,lontano dal caos quotidiano,immersi nella natura é stata un’esperienza indescrivibile!L’alloggio è confortevole e dotato di tutti i comfort ! Antonella e suo marito sono delle persone eccezionali,cordiali,premurose e con un gran senso di ospitalità! Antonella ci ha deliziato ogni mattina con la sua colazione,tutta home made! Che dire…consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

Bellissimo appartamente!! This was such a wonderful place—modern, airy, spectacular! Wonderful layout with two lovely terraces. There were 4 of us in the group and we felt like we had a ton of space, beds were so comfy, great water pressure, plus washing machine! Walkable to the best parts of Bologna. Mattia was a wonderful host, very receptive and patient with us. We adored this place and highly highly recommend.

Great apartment in great part of the town. Rita was very accommodating, responding quickly to any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

excellent accommodation, very clean and up to date modern room and shared kitchen. Very well located and not too far from the railway station - about 1km. Reasonably close to two supermarkets and a wide selection of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend and would stay again without hesitation.

We absolutely loved this apartment. The building is old so the staircases are narrow but we were still able to bring all of our luggage up (and we had a lot). It is very close to everything !! We were able to walk around and find all of the sites without needing a car or bus etc. There’s even a few restaurants right across the street and a little store. Maria also gave us a ton of recommendations and the ones we tried were amazing. Super cute apartment with a little terrace and thankfully air conditioning because it was hot out. Thank you so so much for being a perfect stop on our tour through Italy!!!

Cristina's apartment was perfect for my one night stopover. It's in a lovely part of Bologna, surrounded by tree-lined streets and with all amenities nearby. The apartment itself is easy to walk in and feel comfortable immediately. I wish that I could have stayed longer, and would readily return.
