Holiday rentals with a patio in Monte Sacro Alto, Rome

Pictures reflected the unit well, was only in town for a layover, was a quiet unit and easy to access.

Very good stay in this great accommodation! Compliant with listing and photos. Very large and very clean. Well equipped and close to amenities. Metro is a 5min walk. Very good communication with Abrahin and accommodating in terms of arrival time. Thank you!

There are only good things to say about Ela and her Borghese apartment. El is sweet and ever so helpful. From her first communication to her making sure we had a taxi on time to get us back to the airport, she was wonderful and caring. I went there with my son for a father/son vacation in beautiful Rome. We plan to return (we're both history nuts!) and would only want to stay there. I had visited Rome twice before and stayed at 2 other airbnb rentals. They were okay, but Ela's place is far better. The rooms are larger than they appear in photos. There's a grocery store 5 minutes away and a very good restaurant 5 minutes in another direction. % minutes to Borghese Park. !2 minute walk to Piazza del Popolo which leads to all things historical. And the beautiful court yard to have morning coffee, just relax, or sit out for an evening drink is amazingly private and beautiful. Thank you Ela for your hospitality!!

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

Private space. Very nice patio, though we spent most of our time touring the city. Easy walk to nice coffee shops and restaurants as well as the Vatican. Claudio was great--very responsive. We were getting into Rome prior to check-in time and had a tour reserved at the Vatican. We were able to have our bags stored at the place and get in early with no fuss.

The apartment is in a somewhat reserved area compared to the peripheral area, so it is rather quiet, all the space was as described in the photos, clean and tidy. Certainly, being able to move around by car, it is a strategic area for visiting the city or, as in our case, going to the Olympic Stadium. Apart from a few problems in understanding how to open the door of the condominium due to some phone connection problems, otherwise I absolutely recommend the apartment to those looking for a clean, tidy, strategic and quiet place despite the peripheral area!

Our family of seven fit perfectly in the apartment with plenty of bathrooms to share. Gabriela was responsive and helpful. Check in and access was super easy. We made use of the washer/dryer as we’re were half way into our three week trip - this was great for us. We also had some easy dinners around the kitchen hen table - we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!!

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Such a gem of a place! Location is not too far; accessible by metro and taxi. The host was fantastic. Loved the place and totally worth it!

hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

The place is near the bus stop and termini station. You can easily get food by getting outside, I highly recommend to eat at Pizzeria Al Pigneto. The host is very friendly and helpful. I have no complain but the place will be better if they change the sleep lights to yellow instead of white.

We had a very nice three days in Rome. Giorgia is super likeable, responds quickly and helps directly if there are any issues. Her place is very cozy, exactly as shown in the pictures and is ideally located so you can easily get to the center of Rome by bus and train. All in all, we are very satisfied and give our best recommendations!

My mom stayed in Gabriele's apartment for 12 days. We couldn't have asked for more. The apartment has recently been completely renovated. Very bright and beautifully furnished. Equipped with a terrace with a wonderful view of the Roman aqueducts. The spotless house is equipped with all comforts. The owners were simply delightful, always available and kind. I recommend everyone to stay in this apartment! We'll be back in the fall!

Alice’s place is exactly what you see in the pictures . Great location , walking distance to Pantheon , Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona . Many great places to eat . A few meters walk to a Carrefour Express and Pharmacy . The place is clean and the attention for checking inn was great ! Plus it has a lift ! ( unusual for old buildings)

Check in is smooth :) good location. Host is very helpful. I forgot my bracelet in the Airbnb and host promised to send it back to my country. Very helpful! Would definitely stay here again next time I visit Rome.

Absolutely loved our stay in Rome. The accommodations were fantastic, what a great location! The apartment felt like a home away from home with easy access to so many incredible sights. We enjoyed the ample space, comfortable bed, charming spiral staircase, and quiet courtyard.

Unique and beautifully decorated space. There were too many special little touches to list. From the high ceilings with murals to the modern well equipped kitchen, attention to details was obvious. Paolo was friendly and very helpful with local information. Highly recommend this apartment for a visit to Rome.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It has a great view from the huge patio (you can just barely see the tip of St Peter’s). Lots of patio furniture. The kitchen amenities were nice and clean. Despite being on the top floor, the water pressure was great. It takes 2 minutes from exiting the train to get into the apartment, as the metro station is right outside the building. The building’s elevator goes up to the 5th floor, so you have to climb one set of stairs to get to the apartment. The area is quiet. Feels like it’s just outside the touristy areas. There are two grocery stores <2 mins walking distance. There are several bus stops within a 5 min walk. Not many restaurants, but super easy to get into town via the metro.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

Great place to stay next to golf course. Flat was clean, comfy and hosts were great.

Excellent apartment. Being in a basement it can be cold in winter but extraordinarily pleasant in the summer. The neighborhood has everything and is very well connected to the center through the B line and the Furio Camillo station. One drawback is the low water pressure in the shower. But Giuseppe is an exceptional host who is always attentive
