Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Umgeben von Olivenbäumen lässt es sich vor allem auf der wunderschönen Terrasse toll entspannen und essen. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Die Gastgeber Paolo und Sonia haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und waren mit dem Check in und out flexibel was uns sehr entgegen gekommen ist. Das Haus liegt außerdem sehr günstig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Strände sind gleich in der Nähe (ca 10-15 min) und trotzdem ist man abseits des Trubels und hat es damit sehr ruhig. Wir waren begeistert und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren zu fünft in der Unterkunft und jeder hatte seine eigene Privatsphäre, sogar mit eigenem Bad, was wir echt super fanden. Luana ist eine total liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Egal ob Fragen zur Unterkunft oder Tipps für Ausflüge in der Gegend, sie war immer für uns da. Danke, Luana, für die tolle Zeit! Für uns war es ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Alles sah aus wie beschrieben und noch schöner, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Luca war sehr freundlich und hat uns nützliche Tips gegeben. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist man in schnell am Meer oder den umliegenden Orten. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen- vor allem mit den flauschigen Mitbewohnern🐕😊

Wir haben mit unserem Hund etwas ruhiges gesucht und waren sehr happy mit der Lage, dem Garten und der ruhigen Umgebung. Vor allem ist es eine schöne und moderne Unterkunft, wo wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Moderne Küche, tolle Ausstattung sogar mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Raffaela ist ein wirklich sehr netter Kontakt und immer erreichbar. Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank! Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter und kommen auch selbst gerne wieder!

Too short a stay in this beautiful property!We were lucky to have gorgeous weather, which made our time here even more enjoyable. The building has been beautifully renovated to a high standard, offering much more space than the two of us needed. Everything was finished to a high specification. Communication before arrival was excellent — the hosts sent helpful information in advance that really helped us plan our trip. We didn’t need to contact them during our stay except to request a taxi number, response was very prompt. A big plus for us was the convenience of the location — our plane landed at 7:05 pm, and we were able to meet the host briefly and still be seated for dinner at a local restaurant by 8:30 pm! Highly recommend!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Lauras Haus in San Teodoro! Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage – San Teodoro und die Umgebung sind einfach traumhaft. Die Strände in der Nähe sind wunderschön und gut erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Auto und konnten die Gegend erkunden. Laura war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, ebenso wie ihre Eltern, die uns herzlich empfangen haben und sehr freundlich waren. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

We booked this stay for 3 nights. On arrival our host greeted us and provided a thorough tour/induction. Very friendly and couldn’t fault. Before arriving they provided clear instructions on how to arrive at the destination and provided excellent communication throughout. The home was spotless and they provided plenty of amenities and nice touches to make our stay enjoyable. The detail and care they provided was 10/10. If we had any questions we would hear back from them asap. The views outside were unreal. I would recommend you have a car to access this Airbnb as it’s high up and to travel the island its easier to drive which luckily we did otherwise taxi’s would be very expensive. The home is situated down some steps and is the bottom half of there home which is completely separated and the hosts live above in the main home but it doesn’t feel like you are disturbed or anything at all. They have local shops and great restaurants 5 mins away. Thank you for everything. 10/10.

Großzügige Finca inmitten der Natur, in einer Sackgasse gelegen (nicht von Google Maps täuschen lassen) mit nur wenigen Einwohnern. Die Ausstattung ist gut und der Service top. Wer eher harte Matratzen mag wird wie ein Baby schlafen. Vor allen Fenstern und Türen gibt es hochwertige Insektenschutzgitter. Daumen hoch. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind ca. 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Sam ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gern wieder.

We really loved this place. As well as being in a great location with a gorgeous view, it felt so homely and comfortable and had a fabulous porch area. Lots of big and little things ticked our boxes and we would not hesitate to stay there again (if only we didn’t have to fly half way around the world to get there). Simone is a great host and is super responsive. The area around Pittulongu is full of great beaches and is close to Olbia and all it offers. Our first experience of Sardegna and staying here made it really memorable! Highly recommended!

Manuela is a fantastic host. She was very helpful and always responded quickly. The apartment is wonderful. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Manuela left us some delicious, typical Italian cookies as a welcome. The beach is a two-minute walk away. Even here, Manuela has provided everything: beach chairs, parasols, beach mats, beach towels. Whatever you need, it's all there. The area is truly beautiful, as is the view of the sea. We really enjoyed our stay with Manuela and will definitely come back.

Lorenzo’s home was fabulous! Right on the beach with a fantastic large patio area outside in the garden. The pictures do not show how truly beautiful the space is. Lorenzo is an exceptional host as he helped us figure out how to pay a parking ticket we had received. This is a great home for families.

Piero's place was absolutely beautiful. We spent every morning eating in the garden and the location was very good. Close enough to the centre to be able to explore but far away enough so that it was not too noisy. Piero was very attentive and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable as he checked us in himself :) Thank you so much! We will hopefully be back soon!

Jessica was a very helpful and responsive host, the apartment was clean and the amenities were great, it’s a short walk to Palau town. There’s adequate parking outside the apartment. Highly recommend for your trip to Palau.

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

Very quiet place, right on the beach, in a private residence. We appreciate the beautiful beach and the equipment of the house. The children enjoyed the paddleboard and the youngest child the sand toys. Inside the house there is also everything you need. The house is smaller and you can see that the interior is older, but we liked it there and we found everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee maker, plenty of towels and everything for cooking. We also appreciate the tennis court a short distance from the house. The house is in a quiet area and the only disadvantage is that you can't walk to the shop and restaurants, but we knew that. The beach and the peace are worth it. In our period (end of October) almost everything is closed. The hosts are very nice and always helpful and we would love to come back someday.

Lovely apartement, nice and quiet area, easy and friendly hosts. Some stunning beaches are nearby and accessable by car. We had a perfect stay and recommend staying in this apartement! Thanks to Sonia and Giampiero!

We loved staying at Maria’s place and felt immediately at home on arrival. She made sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. The flat is roomy enough for a holiday and as we like to self cater, having a kitchen with cooking utensils and white goods was great. The bedroom is large and comfortable with air conditioning which was appreciated! The walk-in wardrobe an added bonus. The courtyard is lovely and we ate outside most of the time. There is also a good sized BBQ. The storage cupboard outside is full of beach equipment such as parasols, snorkelling gear and inflatables. Much more than would normally be expected. A well stocked and good value supermarket is a five minute walk away was a life saver. And Enzo’s, a deli/cafe is across the road, where we ate delicious Sardinian food. It’s 20 min walk (or bus) to the centre/transport hub with buses to beaches. A car would be useful for travelling further out. Would definitely revisit Maria’s and recommend to anyone.

Das Apartment liegt in einer weitläufigen und sehr gepflegten Eigentumgsferienanlage. Unweit befinden sich einige der schönsten Strände Sardiniens. Am besten haben uns Cala Brandinchi und Lu Impostu gefallen. Aber auch Cala Suaraccia mit Blick auf Tavolara ist sehr schön. Alle waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Gegend ist umwerfend und da waren wir froh einen festen Ausgangspunkt zu haben. Anfang Oktober ist es hier sehr ruhig, es war kaum jemand da. Schön für uns, das war sehr erholsam. Auf der anderen Seite schließen jedoch die Minimärkte und nur einige wenige Restaurants hatten offen. Der nächste Supermarkt war mit dem Auto 15 min entfernt, da haben wir für den ganzen Aufenthalt eingekauft. Die Wohnung selbst besticht durch den großen Balkon und gibt einer kleinen Familie ausreichend Platz. Internet war sehr gut und wir konnten über den mitgebrachten Firestick Filme problemlos sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela war während der ganzen Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Stylish, airy and light-filled apartment in an amazing location - just a few feet from the beach, with vast sea views and great outside space (big table and chairs, sunbeds, sofa). The interior is well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Luca is quick to respond to any queries and is super-helpful. Totally recommend.

Casa molto ben fornita e in posizione ottima. La spiaggia di Salina Bamba è a pochi passi mentre altre bellissime spiagge sono raggiungibili con brevi camminate. Dal salotto abbiamo potuto godere non solo di una vista sul mare ma anche su fenicotteri. L'host Maurizio è stato davvero molto gentile e ci ha dato indicazioni chiare. Speriamo di poterci ritornare!

Honestly, the view was incredible — even better than the photos. The place was super clean, spacious, and had a really modern vibe. It was nice and quiet too, which made it easy to relax, and there was tons of parking. Leonardo was awesome — super friendly and genuinely helpful. He even greeted us personally when we arrived, which was such a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again!

l'appartement de Noemi est très confortable et bien équipé, dans un immeuble très sympa. stationnement facile dans la rue, supérette à proximité. la petite terrasse est très appréciable pour prendre les petits déjeuners et les dîners. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Noemi mais les échanges ont été fluides et les conseils précieux.

Katia's home is beautiful and she is a lovely and helpful host. Communication was top notch with helpful recommendations and directions to her place. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had every item we needed, and more! It was our wedding anniversary and Katia welcomed us with a delicious platter or fruit and a bottle of champagne! The private beach was a spot of serenity, especially peaceful waters in the morning so we could swim and snorkel. Lots of great local restaurants and beaches nearby. A truly wonderful stay, thank you Katia!
