Holiday rentals with a patio in Monte Alegre do Sul

My stay was excellent. The apartment is great, especially the balcony. The view is also very beautiful. In front of the building, there is a bakery where lunch is served from Monday to Friday. The bakery is excellent and traditional in the city. I loved the treats left by the host, such as the movie kit, Coca Cola, water, coffee, sugar and others. I highly recommend it

The atmosphere is ideal for a couple. It was very clean and organized, has the basics for making meals ( plates, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine and a small minibar). It is close to downtown to go by car, walking would be far away. The accommodation is not possible for those who do not have mobility, as they need to climb a ladder to get to the house. We enjoyed the stay and was worth it for the cost benefit.

We stayed for 2 days and it was simply perfect! The cottage is extremely clean, cozy and very well decorated — just like in the photos. The bed is super comfortable, the fireplace worked perfectly and the shower is a delight (strong and warm). Marlene is always attentive. The location is also excellent: close to the center of Monte Verde. It was an unforgettable experience! We definitely want to go back and recommend it with our eyes closed. 🌲❤️

We made the trip with 6 people, everyone loved the accommodation, the house is well equipped with quality utensils and enough quantity for 6 people, extremely clean and organized house. I spent 4 days with my family at Deivid and his wife's house. Deivid welcomed us, showed us the house. I asked several questions in the group they created, and they responded promptly. The experience was incredible! The house is wonderful, cozy and super fragrant! We intend to come back more often! I highly recommend it!

The hut is really on an enchanted mountain. The cabin is clean, fragrant and cozy. It has a complete structure with a gourmet area and swimming pool, and many entertainment features as well. The mountain is high, reserved, and safe. We had the privilege of seeing several birds and having contact with the horses and oxen of the pasture next door (there is a fence). I also took my 2 3-year-old children and even for them, there was no shortage of fun. The landscape of the green mountains by day and the starry sky made it even better. I recommend the stay :)

Beautiful, cozy, very complete house. It's been a wonderful three days. Solar-heated pool provided fun even on the coldest days. The house has everything we need and is very safe and very pleasant. If we return to Serra Negra, we will definitely choose Lúcia's place. The hostess is very attentive and gave all the necessary tips to make the stay much better. I even got a flexibility at checkout because of my birthday. I highly recommend the space.

Our stay was fantastic! The condominium is very close to the main street and, as it has a private garage, we were able to do everything on foot. Close to bars, restaurants and the city's main square. The apartment is impeccable! Very well equipped, we didn't miss anything else. Cozy, with very new and fragrant towels and bedding, it felt like we were in our own home. A great place to rest after a long day in the city. Maricy is very attentive and welcomed us with great affection, always very concerned with the smallest details. I hope to return soon!

Stanley's apartment is completely renovated, impeccably clean, bright and full of charm. The kitchen is fully equipped, making the space ideal for long stays. The location in Extrema-MG is excellent, both for those who go to work and leisure, with easy access to the main points of the city by car or by app. It was a great experience!
