The stay in Serra Negra was excellent. The house is wonderful, spacious and private for those who go with several families, as all rooms have a private bathroom (except 1). In the common spaces, there are several areas to enjoy with everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything (and more) you need. The hostess was kind enough to anticipate and leave a fireplace kit, as it was cold. The care and beauty of the garden was a detail that made a difference. The location of the house is also perfect.

The host Carina, extremely attentive and helpful, we even had a problem with the car and she promptly helped us. Easily accessible, quiet, paved street, wide and close to the city. The house was impeccable, new furniture of great quality, everything very clean and organized, spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen, large and well-kept outdoor areas. I took my pet and he had a lot of fun running around the garden, the view of the place is incredible, stunning. I only have praise for the accommodation and the hostess, we will be back soon, for sure. Congratulations Carina for the zeal, to which you maintain your property and thank you for everything.

A century-old house, quiet place, close to the market and downtown Amparo, Host always responds fast, the housekeeper who received us is a 1000! Old house with furniture of the time, comfortable beds, extremely clean bedding, good kitchen, just missing a way to roasted, very beautiful place with huge potential, it can improve the barbecue area, with a support of sink and water, also a daurô or small pool will make all the difference to complete the experience, I will return with certainty, great cost benefit for those who want to live a few days in a farm house, I see comments about the cleaning, need to understand that it is a large house that stays closed, it is not “Dirt” on the contrary the house is clean, but rather the normal leaves and dust of an interior house, birds and monkeys are of lots, especially in the portion of the barbecue, I like and I will come back, the top part of the house is closed but huge and accommodates very well , it is worth the experience .

My stay was excellent. Leandro knows how to welcome his guests, 10 out of 10. The house has everything that is in the advertisement. The neighborhood is in a location that is not far from the center of Águas de Lindoia or from the city of Minas, which is Monte Sião. In other words, a strategic point. For those who like to enjoy a wonderful view, the city of Águas de Lindoia has several points. One of the things I loved was enjoying the city all day, coming home and having a view of a wonderful sunset. Then relax in a wonderful whirlpool tub. To get to know some of the city's sights, the best option is to take a train. My trip was wonderful. Every year I prefer to visit new cities, but due to a great experience at Leandro's house, I will break my taboo (I will return). Thanks Leandro, I appreciate the excellent experience.

The Cristina space is a find to relax and enjoy with or without pet. The house is facing the dam in a place with few houses, ideal for fishing, swimming, kayaking or simply contemplating. About the calm, despite the work in the house next door and some visitors to the dam with loud sound, nothing affected the tranquility of the days we spent. The space is extremely functional, with all the comfort of the city in the countryside (appliances, Wi-Fi, TV with streaming, distracting games). For those who have pet run like mine the place is ideal, every screen, which allows them to leave them loose throughout the stay. It was sensational days that made us want to always come back.

The house has a wide and very beautiful outdoor area. The room accommodates well the advertised quantity and everything was very clean! The house is between monte alegre and relief, being very good to visit both sites.

What a fantastic place! I went with my boyfriend and it felt like we were living a dream! House pointed to the sunrise, we follow from the bed because the room had giant windows, we spent hours on the balcony looking at the landscape to the dam, we enjoyed the fireplace on cold nights and we enjoyed the barbecue. The house has everything you need! Impeccable infrastructure, Giovanni made everything perfect, plus excellent service! We HIGHLY recommend it! We felt very welcome, the place is really a home! Super accessible location, a beautiful road to get there. The decor is very cozy and makes you feel at home. ❤️🥰

Daniel is very polite, the place is delightful and it was a great pleasure to be able to go with my friends to work together at his place. We used the jacuzzi, we used the fire, everything was excellent! I definitely recommend it, I would say that you leave there with a new friend, such is the education and kindness of Daniel.

We are always looking for a place where we can escape the city with our two sweet dogs. Our dogs are escape artists and will find every opportunity to slip under a fence or jump over a wall, therefore we struggle to find places that are truly secure and offer us peace of mind. This place was truly "fully fenced" and we could relax without worrying about the dogs getting into mischief. There is a big yard, a beautiful view of the sunset, lots of green, and a lovely pool. The house has plenty of room and lots of windows. Rejane was so helpful, kind, and responsive. We can't wait to return and share this gem with our friends.

We had an amazing weekend, the house is extremely cozy, functional, well equipped. Everything was perfect and I dare say it's the best house I've ever stayed in on Airbnb. Renata and Ricardo were extremely kind, super attentive and promptly helped us with everything we needed. I spent an unforgettable birthday with my friends. The pool is amazing and the fireplace was the attraction at night! I highly recommend it!

Simply too much! Beautiful and cozy atmosphere, you can feel the love in every little piece of furniture and decor! I'm in love with the ranch and hopefully come back soon. We are from São Paulo and my son affectionately nicknamed the “forest house”.

The place is even more beautiful than in the photos, the whole house is in great condition and is very comfortable. The kitchens are very well equipped and were spotless when we arrived. All the bathrooms and the pool were also very clean. The rooms have good beds and everything was meticulously organized, with the sheets and pillowcases bagged and clean. Antônio was very kind and receptive, introduced us to everything and gave us many good tips as well. The house has a wonderful view and we will definitely return more often.

Wonderful place! I took my girlfriend to spend the weekend at Capril and we stayed at the Rubi chalet. In the cottage, everything is very clean and organized, the hot tub is great, the decoration is very nice, very rustic, the bed is comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. The hosts and the caretaker are very friendly and helpful, they gave us all the necessary information and were available all the time if we needed anything. Outside, a beautiful and cozy place. The chalet's balcony has an incredible view of the mountains and the place where the animals are. The animals are docile and affectionate, especially the goats and cats. Capril does not offer horseback riding, but there are places nearby where it is possible to do so. The social bar, which is open on Sundays, serves delicious snacks and drinks. It is definitely a great option for those looking for a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city, being a great opportunity to reconnect with yourself, your partner and nature!

The house is simply fantastic, it exceeded our expectations, celebrated my birthday there at the weekend, my guests were all amazed by the beauty of the place, the pool a delight, the night the water gets hot, we enjoy it a lot. The area of the barbecue very well usable, close to the pool, with pool table top, grassy football field.. The landscape of the place is charming. Sunrise with a 🌄 spectacular sunrise.. Extremely amazing place! First, we booked the place just because of Maya's beautiful story, and when we read and saw that there was a miracle of God in the history of the chalet, we didn't think twice about booking. And look, what a beautiful landscape we can contemplate during the weekend of our stay. We started to love the place even before arriving, just from the contact with Gabrielle, who was super helpful, answered any questions quickly and was very kind. Not to mention the incredible environment we found when we arrived, we closed the bath and the chalet was well decorated, super tidy, in addition to the dining table and breakfast already being ready, we also had a surprise when we arrived at the chalet. ❤️ Ah, it was wonderful and I'm already missing this incredible place. This is one of those places where we really take a break from the hustle and bustle of life. We turned off our cell phones, and the fact that there was no TV helped us to disconnect even more. We also brought the amazing strawberries from this city! We simply love it!

Perfect place, great for those who want to rest and relax. From the house and the view, it seemed like a paradise. The guest has several kitchen utensils, a hair dryer, and even a popcorn maker and fondue machine!! I am extremely grateful and happy to have spent these days in this place that has won a little piece of my heart.
