Hi! I propose a nice little flat that can accommodate up to 2 people. The flat features a hall, a bathroom/ toilet, a small kitchen and a main room with beautiful old wooden floor. The kitchen is fully equipped (cooker, microwave, oven, fridge and everything you need to cook). The main room features a double bed and a sofa, a coffee table, a small TV (with cable) and a desk that can be used as a working place or a dinner table. Clean bed linen, blanket and pillows are provided. The bathroom consists of a shower/ w bathtub, a sink and a toilet. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (lift available) of a beautiful ancient and quiet building in one of the fanciest neighbourhood of the city (between the lake and the train station). The flat is only 5 min. away from the train station and the lake by walk. The city center ("The Place Saint-François", the Cathedral and the main shopping area) can be reached in only 10-15 min. by walk or 3-5 min. with the subway. The closest bus stop is less than 50m away and the closest subway station is about 100m away. Within 100 meters around the apartment, you’ll find grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants and bars. The studio is in a historic building in the city of Lausanne and was renovated by our architect mother. It is therefore done with great taste and designed to be functional in everyday life. My stay went very well, I stayed here for a month and I really enjoyed every moment. I was very well received by the people living in the apartment, all lovely and caring. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and ideally located in the city center, perfect for looking for a job, shopping or simply discovering the city. It was always clean and tidy. A huge thank you to Valeria and Eneider, who were lovely throughout my stay. They made sure everything went well from start to finish, always available. Since the apartment is in the city center, there may be a little noise in the evening, I recommend bringing earplugs if you are sensitive, but once the windows are closed, you can hardly hear anything. In short, I had a great stay, I'm even a little sad to have left. I felt right at home, haha! Thanks again for everything, it was great!

We were very satisfied with the beautiful room, top clean bathroom and kitchen in the center of Lausanne and can honestly recommend everything. The apartment is very quiet at the end of a small street and has a fine clear aura. The host Zoltan is very friendly and likeable. We'll be back. Thanks

We had a very memorable stay at Chris’s place. It is a nice place to stay. Only one suggestion to future visitors- while reaching the place come by Bus 9 to St. Paul and while leaving come to Recordon bus stop and take bus 18, 7, and other buses. Best wishes.

The room was spacious as pictured, had everything we needed, and we had a comfortable stay.Tamara was kind and thoughtful of everything.It was close to Lausanne station, close to Migros, Coop, etc., and the location was very good.

Very good welcome from Jessica! She is available and is concerned about whether everything is OK. Large, very clean and comfortable room. Nice bathroom. The road in front of the house is a little noisy. We were able to make our coffee before leaving. The accommodation is very nice and safe.
