Apartment holiday rentals in Montanejos

We felt very comfortable in Maria's apartment for 4 weeks. The apartment is very clean, everything is available for a longer vacation. The beach is just a few meters away and every Saturday there is a beautiful farmers' market just two streets away. Maria even has chairs and a parasol for the beach and a trolley for shopping. Loving welcome gifts, such as treats for our dogs and coffee and cookies, as well as a bottle of chilled water, were provided. We can only highly recommend the apartment and its loving landlady. Thank you for the wonderful stay in your lovingly furnished apartment.

The Apartment is spacious, pristine, comfortable and well appointed. Javier put thought into the details that makes a guest comfortable!! The complex was quiet and neighbors friendly and helpful. The nearby beach clean and offers cabanas with cushioned lounge chairs at 40 Euros for three people and that included a mixed drink or beer from the beach restaraunt/bar. Javier was very quick to respond to any need or question, very easy to work with. Note if the parking garage space is tight (we had a 7 passenger vehicle). There is also plenty of outside parking on premises that is well lit. Would definately rent from Javier again!

The best thing about the penthouse is the terrace with sea views. Located right on the waterfront. If you like to walk, you can walk for miles near the sea, because Moncofa communicates with other villages, which you can reach on foot. Very good communication with the host. The apartment is clean and very quiet. To repeat. We were very comfortable.

Sofia has been charming from the beginning, not only has she been kind with the stay but with the local recommendations she made. The location of the apartment is unbeatable with wonderful views as well as the proximity to the beach.

The place is great to stay for either short term stay or longterm. It was clean, light and cozy - didn’t want to leave the place 🙂 It has everything you need (even salt, olive oil and some spices)! We have only the most pleasant impressions of the apartment. Since we were with a small child, it was important for us that everything was within walking distance and that it was quiet. We found all of this there. We lived in a quiet neighborhood, no one bothered us, you could walk to the sea in 5 minutes, to the supermarket in 7. It was perfect for us. The apartment is very well maintained, clean and tidy. There was everything necessary to cook food. Since we arrived late at night, the hosts carefully left us a potato pie, muffins, tea, coffee and clean water, which was very useful. Alejandro gave us all the necessary instructions the day before arrival, which helped us get into the house without problems, connect to the Internet and navigate the area. We felt at home in his house, we were cozy and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this house. If we decide to return to Valencia again, we will undoubtedly choose this house for living. Ana’s place is great. There are 60 steps to get to the place, but they are worth it, since the place is a piece of heaven. Great Host, many amenities around at walking distance, not mentioning the Beach right there. Very quiet and peaceful. I would come back again without any hesitation. Only missing thing is an oven in the kitchen !!

AIrina and her husband, Manuel, are excellent hosts! Polite, communicative, intelligent! The apartment is 30 km from downtown Valencia, in a beautiful place, super quiet and easy to park, because I was by car! The apartment is very good, well equipped, excellent shower, washing machine, stove, microwave, air conditioning. WI-FI 10/10! Anyway, I felt super comfortable! I highly recommend it!

The apartment has a very nice view, it is spacious and well-equipped for 6. The linens are of very good quality, the services too. The host is very attentive, there were a lot of products offered for our welcome. Julian stayed in touch with us during our stay, he always advised us, although we did not meet him, his neighbor Noé came to greet us very kindly for him. Thank you.

First of all the super friendly host, a very new loft, with choice for people with limited mobility, the comfortable bed, the cool jacuzzi, functional fridge and cooker (there are all the necessary utensils) and by the time we did not use the stove with wood fire but also must be very nice

It is a beautiful place, with all the comforts and led by Mari who is super attentive to everything we need.

Isaac is an excellent host. We spent some very pleasant days. The children delighted with the development and pools. We also play at Paddel. Very nice, perfect communication, with nice details and very friendly. Very clean. A little away from the beach, promenade and supermarket but overall very positive. Thank you Isaac

We had a wonderful week in the apartment near Clara. Beautiful area, supermarket nearby and some restaurants. Had nice tips from Clara and also the transportation to and from the airport was well arranged!

Mari is an excellent host. He was always making sure that the stay was wonderful. The apartment is very nice. Everything is in perfect condition and the jacuzzi is wonderful. We will for sure go back. We recommend it 100%
