Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to both of you 🌞

An excellent base. Stunning views and very comfortable for two and a small dog. The location and surrounding area are beautiful and a great village centre.

Very well located accommodation in the heart of the fishing village of Piraillan. An extraordinary view of the port's conch. Everything is done to feel good in this accommodation: the quality of the bedding, the decor, the welcome attentions up to the provision of tea, oil, dishwashing liquid, hand soap…all these small details but so pleasant in everyday life. In short, I highly recommend this listing.

My stay at Etienne's went very well. The setting is truly idyllic, the view is incredible. The accommodation is clean and well decorated, it feels at home. Would love to come back.

"Cabin" with all comforts in a quiet residential area and close to the beach (~5 min walk) and all the amenities of the Arcachon basin.

La Casita and Violeta allowed us to have a wonderful stay , Violeta is really very welcoming and full of beautiful intentions , with the delivery of breakfast! And small confectionery and welcome drinks very very nice , thank you again for everything , the location close to the port and the beach is really great , in addition to the availability of bicycles Bravo Violeta , it's 5 stars!

Clean and functional apartment with a magnificent view of the ocean. It's well equipped and the instructions are very clear. Charlene is very responsive to my inquiries. We would recommend it.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is very well located while being quiet. It is a perfect base for discovering the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the entry and departure procedures was very clear.

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

It's hard to summarize in a few lines the beautiful weekend we spent in Pauline's home. The property is located in such a quiet and peaceful location with beautiful ocean views. The property is impeccably clean, it smells good, the decoration is splendid and the bedding is at the top. We were able to enjoy the hot tub with ocean views and beautiful sunsets. We were also able to take advantage of the heated pool. Pauline is extremely kind, welcoming, caring and accommodating. Many thanks for everything and thank you also to Melissa who is available at any time. I would recommend this home and host without so much so as to. Thanks again Pauline. Allen is an excellent host who gave us a lot of information and tips. He's also super likeable ;-) The location with the few meters to the breathtaking beach of Soulac is amazing. You should also not miss the market hall in Soulac, which is only 10 minutes away on foot. We can recommend Soulac sur Mer, the accommodation and Allen 100%.

Excellent option for discovering Soulac with the family! Brigitte greeted us personally at 11 a.m. and let us leave in the afternoon the next day. She did everything to be nice to us and the house is very well arranged and clean, with everything you need to cook. We didn't enjoy the garden but it's very cozy. I recommend it!

This house is ideally located to fully enjoy your vacation. Its large terrace is a significant asset, as well as the very pleasant new outbuilding. We took full advantage of our weekend. Philippe has always been proactive and concerned about our comfort. I would recommend it in a second.

Very pleasant stay, we were greeted by Romain on our arrival, very friendly, friendly and very helpful host. the accommodation is very functional and equipped to accommodate families with a baby and children which is really a big plus. We also met Laure, who did not fail to greet us. Very attentive hosts, very clean accommodation in a peaceful and very well decorated place halfway between lake and ocean, spoilt for choice. Superb welcome, beautiful rustic cabin 300m from the uncrowded beach since it is rather distant from the more urban area. Only regret the pool does not work and it is not very clear in the listing that the property is in a shared garden on Alex's property. I would definitely stay again!

Jenifer's accommodation has been renovated with great taste. The amenities are also as qualitative and numerous as a main house: hair dryer, washing machine, oven, kettle, in short, everything is there. you can access the beach in 2 minutes by bike, 5 minutes on foot, happiness.

The house is spacious and charming. A peaceful haven in a green setting a short walk to the village and the beach. The terrace is lovely and we had a lovely stay. We would highly recommend it.
