Holiday rentals with beach access in Montalivet les Bains, Vendays-Montalivet

Last-minute weekend to soak up the November sun! Off season so for the Euronat center, no on-site trade but no extra fees, and the beach just for us! The site is really well wooded and each house scattered in the pine forest so we avoid the impression "seaside resort with closed shutters". The space itself is in a house divided into 4 studios, with assigned parking, functional and consistent with the photos. The owners are friendly, responsive and accommodating.

Functional accommodation. It is close to the center and the beach, it is very convenient, you can do everything on foot. Check-in is very easy, everything is well explained and Lucie responds very quickly to messages. I totally recommend it. A little extra would be a clothesline, and then it would be perfect. ☺️

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to both of you 🌞

My stay at Etienne's went very well. The setting is truly idyllic, the view is incredible. The accommodation is clean and well decorated, it feels at home. Would love to come back.

Tiphaine's studio is as described. Very well placed, the balcony is large enough to have lunch and enjoy the superb view of the ocean and the Cordouan lighthouse. Tiphaine is very responsive to our requests and very friendly.

Excellent family stay to discover Soulac in the off season. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, impeccable and fully matches the photos. The location is ideal, at the foot of the seafront and on the street parallel to the still lively shopping street with beautiful shops. Only open restaurants are scarce at the end of October. Florence is very available and welcoming with good advice. We will return to Soulac, a charming town, to continue exploring by bike.

Very pleasant stay, we were greeted by Romain on our arrival, very friendly, friendly and very helpful host. the accommodation is very functional and equipped to accommodate families with a baby and children which is really a big plus. We also met Laure, who did not fail to greet us. Very attentive hosts, very clean accommodation in a peaceful and very well decorated place halfway between lake and ocean, spoilt for choice. Very pleasant stay in a well-equipped house, very clean, quiet, with a terrace and a garden just as pleasant. We were able to walk to the center of Soulac and the coast. we had a very nice stay in the cozy studio of Florence and Nicolas, it is a stone's throw from the sea and the street is free for parking. We were delighted with our stay. The apartment matches the photos point by point. The kitchen is small but very functional with all the utensils, nothing is missing.
