Appartement situé à l étage d une maison particulière, accès privé par un escalier extérieur, j habite le Rez de chaussée, l idéal serait des locations de courte durée. Cuisine avec gaziniere, four, micro ondes, cafetière, grille pain, vaisselle et tous les ustensiles de cuisine. Draps, serviettes de bain fournis. J’ai rajouté un petit lit pour bébé qui peut recevoir des enfants jusqu à 3 ou 4 ans. Petit déjeuner offert (café, thé, jus d’orange, yaourts, viennoiseries, beurre, confiture)

The holiday home "Logement Plages" is located in Villeneuve-sur-Lot and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. This 110 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), cable and satellite TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as children's books and toys.

Détente et sérénité au bord de la piscine dans un décor naturel de roche à la végétation abondante, sauvage au milieu d'un jardin fleuri. Située sur les hauteurs de Port Sainte Marie, une vue magnifique vous est offerte sur Dame Garonne, sa vallée et ses coteaux. Meubles et objets chinés ça et là par la maîtresse des lieux ont trouvé leur place dans ce havre aux tonalités douces, qui en accentuent le cachet. La maison abrite en outre une exposition permanente. Petits déjeuners offerts.

Ces combles aménagées en 2020, au dessus de mon logement principal, possèdent un accès totalement indépendant. Vous pourrez profiter de la terrasse et du jardin communs, prioritairement (transats et fauteuils). Vous êtes à 600 m du centre ville, à 200m de l'arrêt de bus gratuit. Vous pouvez garer votre véhicule dans la cour clôturée, même un grand fourgon de chantier.Ce logement vient d'être climatisé pour encore plus de confort en été !

Bathroom with walk-in shower, fitted kitchen, mezzanine with 2 separate 90/200 beds, all in a very comfortable 82 m². Bed linen, towels, bathrobes. Breakfast with pastries, bread, butter, jam... Baby cot, bath and high chair available. Swimming pool (May to Sept), pétanque, badminton.
