From the moment we arrived we were captivated by the stunning views surrounding the accommodation. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot tub. It was the perfect way to unwind. The fireplace added to the ambiance. We spent hours snuggled up with blankets, enjoying the crackling fire. Our host Cindy went above and beyond ro ensure our stay was perfect. From thoughtful touches in the cabin to quick responses to our questions. I highly recommend The Buchu Box to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature.

We had a lovely stay at Kune Karoo. Really cosy house with beautiful views from the deck upstairs over Barrydale. The fireplace is great for those cold winter nights!

We had a truly warming and memorable stay at this wonderful place. It’s an ideal spot for families, especially those with children. The area is peaceful and safe, with plenty of open space for kids to play and explore. Inside, the house is both cozy and well-equipped. The bedding was especially nice—fresh, clean, and super comfortable, which made for restful nights after busy days. One of our favorite features was the fireplace, which made the winter evenings feel extra special and added to the overall cozy atmosphere. The kitchen deserves a special mention—spacious, modern, and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for the whole family. It made preparing meals together a real pleasure. This place strikes the perfect balance between comfort and practicality. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing break or a fun-filled family retreat, it’s an excellent choice. A beautiful drive just outside Cape Town, close enough for a night away. Such an incredible location, feels like you’re in the middle of nature with just the birds and crickets as company. The place was homey and clean and quaint with a stunning patio looking out to lush green grass and the dam. My 2 doggies loved the open space and safely explored the surrounding land. A canoe or floaties would make it the perfect off the grid break away. Candice was extremely accommodating and very responsive to messages. The little chocolates on the cushions, complimentary jam, rusks and tea and coffee was a special touch. Would highly recommenced this spot for a family trip or a solo get away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Will definitely be back! Thank you ♥️

This place is made to calm down and relax. It‘s far out the city and around 1km from the host‘s farm. There is no electricity in the house but candles and lamps… and a very nice hot tube. Heleen, our super friendly host, prepared hot water when we arrived, gave us a lot of useful recommendations around this place and was helpful for everything we needed. There‘s almost no light pollution allowing a nice and clear sky full of stars! We would highly recommend this place and definitely come again! Thanks a lot!

Had a wonderful stay! Was very peaceful and we could totally relax. Eveything was clean and we really appreciated the extra touches such as complimentary champagne! The kol-kol was the highlight!

We cannot fault anything! Honestly our very best stay - Adet was incredibly accommodating as we had a child from the UK with us travelling at a different time, we had small children with us- she just helped us all the time. Definitely our best air bnb

We had a great stay at Connie s cottages. Check in was smooth and friendly Burgert has been very helpful with recommendations especially restaurants best to book well in advance. The place is very central we walked everywhere we wanted to go. The place was clean. Good linen on the King size bed. We left satisfied

What a beautiful apartment with amazing views 🤩. The sunrise over the mountain was so spectacular. I really enjoyed my stay at this lovely apartment. Picasso always there to assist with anything. What a lovely host. Will definitely come back.

My partner and I stayed at Leslie's place for our 2-night stay in Hermanus and it was well worth it. It's close to everything, in a secure estate and the perfect place to recuperate amongst our activities for the weekend.

This is an awesome little place located within a wine estate! We felt so cozy and the view from the balcony was just beautiful. We even spotted some springbok while enjoying the coffee and rusks left for us. Julie was so friendly and accommodating. Thank you and we will be back!

We decided on an unscheduled trip to visit the kids in Stellenbosch. Looked for a place to just sleep as our itenirary was jam packed. I booked, and minutes later received confirmation and instructions. Well communicated, everything was as it is described. Book here if you need a good value 1-2 day stopover. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic apartment right in the very heart of Franschhoek - perfectly located for events happening in town. The apartment has everything one would need for a great stay. Mark is a very welcoming and accomodating host. One thing to note - It is directly above two restaurants which can make things a bit noisy - if you want total peace and quiet this might not work for you as the vibes continues into the night but if you enjoy such vibes this is an amazing spot. We will definitely be back!
