Outside space both in the front and back. Back outside space is fully covered from the rain and a lovely area. A great place to call home for two people while in town for work, or exploring our PNW wonderland. One hour from the coast, and from the Cascades, in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.

The Marion Guest House near the Willamette River

The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. This brand new, adorable, guest house has vinyl plank flooring throughout, large walk-in shower, spacious kitchen has custom cabinets with lots of storage and basic amenities provided. Two person table for dining or remote work. A queen size bed provides maximum comfort as you stream your favorite show on the big screen tv with the free WiFi. Enjoy a glass of wine or relax in the hot tub on your own private patio!

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

This is a 600 square foot studio with 1 queen bed, 1 couch that pulls out to a full bed, dining set, kitchenette, ductless heat/AC and bathroom with tub and shower. It has a private entrance and is up 1 flight of stairs. The apartment is quiet and comes wifi and TV. The route 6 bus stop is right across the street. Separate bedroom with comfy King bed. Full bath with shower and laundry. Nice tree top views. Great country feel on a small family farm. Close to Eugene, Fern Ridge Recreation Reservoir and the beautiful Oregon coast. Dozens of wineries and breweries nearby.

Pool house with hot tub and extras (year round)

Bring the whole family or use it as a private get away. Bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3 people. The queen bed by the hot tub and pool sleeps 2 (privacy curtains). There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.
